Placed my first order using an old photo. I used their AI tools to enhance the image and had it printed on the metal. It came out great! The customer service was excellent and the shipping provided real time tracking. The metal artwork was package very well too.

I’ve bought this two months ago and still nothing. They reply to me but nothing that helps, they simply do nothing. I spent over US$350 and ordered in September. It was supposed to take between 10-14 business days but it never arrived and they keep making excuses, so be very careful with this company. They just tell me to contact DPD in Germany, which is where the order is supposedly been for over a month. Meanwhile, they do nothing. Very sad.

Smart magnetic design, stays firmly in place. The image is sharp and looks premium in my home.

I've never ordered anything from them, but I was an artist on the platform. And TL; DR: They don't respect artists enough to pay them.

The Metalek's downfall began when they either fired or the person who was managing artist left them. After that I never got paid from them and emailing them either got you ghosted or shitty attempts to keep you on.

After reading reviews of them scamming their customers I realized they are scamming everyone.

Now they are trying to rebrand to something else and trying to recruit me back but I'd advice everyone to stay away from them, customers and artists.

Excellent high quality prints. Highly recommend. Only con is shipping time, BUT I would rather wait for a high quality print than rush one. The variety of magnet options to hang helps a lot since magnets can be finicky.

This company gives exactly as you ask of them. They don't do anything poorly, and as long as you take the time to read the process and understand how everything works, then you'll find that Metaleks does their best for what you pay. And even if someone thing doesn't turn out well, they listen to feedback and acknowledge it, making an effort to improve. I have yet to be disappointed with the product themselves, and I don't see that happening any time soon.

They noticed a small issue in my design and proactively contacted me to fix it before printing. The final result was flawless. Highly recommend for custom artwork

The designs they have are amazing i got 5 posters as holidays gifts and everyone i got one for loved them. The shipping does take a while, but thats understandable since they are shipped from overseas. I quite loved them, and im looking forward to getting some more!!
