Honestly the best tutor I have ever worked with, course content is real and open to discussion whilst sticking to the course literature. Highly recommended there are a lot of people in this industry who are mog as pure as David woods, and I would highly recommend.

Having recently completed a Level 5 Community Based Life Coaching qualification, I was quite nervous about returning to education after a long break. I shared my concerns with Dave, particularly around my learning difficulties (dyslexia and ADHD), as I often find courses overwhelming and the idea of an end-of-course portfolio especially intimidating.

From the very beginning, Dave was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to understand my needs and worked with me to find an approach that genuinely worked. His lessons were engaging, inclusive, and delivered using a multi-sensory approach, which made them accessible for all learning styles.

The sessions were fun, interactive, and easy to absorb. Dave brought the material to life by blending lived experience with strong personal knowledge, allowing us to explore topics in real depth. I found myself taking in far more than I expected because the learning never felt overwhelming.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this course, or Dave as a tutor, highly enough.

Dave has a compassionate and understanding approach. He is knowledgeable, insightful and he has the skill to translate the knowledge and understanding into focussed support and advice for neurodivergence. My coaching is for ADHD and have recently been diagnosed with autism. Dave has integrated the knowledge and is addressing the complex challenges I face in practical and really helpful ways. Where he is unsure of something he goes away and researches. He is diligent, hard working for his clients and very kind. He goes the extra mile and is highly responsive. I highly recommend Dave. He is just brilliant. The best coach I have ever had. He totally 'gets' me. It is so validating to be truly seen.

I can't recommend Dave enough, he has helped me a lot process my thoughts and put into action things I needed to change. Dave is easy to talk which helps when opening up.

Dave is such a lovely genuine bloke which made the experience of learning Community Based Life Coaching more enjoyable.
The course itself is provocative and it gives you the opportunity to choose various coaching models which best suits you as a Life Coach or in the context of your role within the community. I really enjoyed pulling it all together for my assignment because it allowed you to really think about various scenarios and how you could use the various coaching roles.

Thought provoking and interesting course - an introduction to some of the theories that underpin current coaching approaches presented in a practical and useful way so that they can be adapted to suit different organisations and roles. It’s a good opportunity to consider how your organisation works and current good practice and to have the time and space to discuss issues with different organisations, share good practice and reflect on how you could improve the way that you interact with the people you work with.

A really informative, well structured and professionally presented course by Dave Wood with helpful examples, interactive exercises, interactive discussion and time built in for questions and self-reflection on individual and organisational practice. Delivered with honesty, positivity and humour and providing excellent pre and post course support information including handbooks, video tutorials, suggested reading, additional resources and consolidation activities. I have really enjoyed the first two modules and they have already provided me with lots to think about and great, new ideas and approaches to try in my every day practice.

I found this training really useful, really interactive and Dave gave us some great insights into useful practices. Definitely highly recommend.
