The necklace is of amazing quality and comes so professionally packaged. Easy to order and website provided clear details with the product accurately being represented.
Brad went above and beyond to ensure I received my package in a timely manner and was quick and clear with all communication.
It made the perfect anniversary gift for my partner and will definitely be using again.
I ordered the cross chain pendant. The quality is great, the delivery came within a day of ordering and the packaging was very well wrapped preventing any damage on delivery. I got this as a gift that was no longer needed, however the return process was made quick and easy by the team. They emailed me simple instructions and kept me in the loop the whole time. I can 100% recommend this brand to anyone from reliability of the company to the durability of their products! :)

First time I’ve used METL and I’ll certainly use them again. The purchase process was effortless, the range of items excellent and the ring which arrived two days after purchase was perfect for my 20 yr old son, it’s obviously for a man but not too chunky and came in its own jewellery box.

After seeing a post on Facebook from Brad's Grandad Joe sharing his new business I went straight to his website. I'd been looking at multiple websites for a necklace for my son for Christmas & couldn't see anything I liked. The Metl website is well laid out with plenty of options, great prices too. I ordered the Connell Necklace 3mm 14k Gold. Delivery was fast & had email delivery updates throughout. It has arrived today. Love the packaging, can really tell how much care goes into the products & I love the excellent quality of the necklace, it's absolutely stunning. Won't be my last order that's for sure.
