Company was very helpful sending me information regarding the roof wash I wanted for my metro tile roof. Telephoned the order in on a Friday lunch time and it was delivered on the Monday morning. Haven't used the product yet as I live in South Wales and we haven't had 2 dry days in forever! The only downside is the delivery cost which is very expensive over £30 for a £6 product so I bulk purchased. I'm sure there must be a cheaper delivery company than TNT out there, but then again the delivery was very swift and efficient so I guess you get what you pay for.
Sales staff I spoke with and emailed were very quick to respond and knowledgeable and helpful.
