I came to Carsten & Olga because I was overwhelmed with how to go about turning my idea & the insights gathered into tangible first offerings, with how to plan financials meaningfully, and how to gauge what work to focus on to create the most impact at the start.
The prep work they did - especially with the limited information I was able to give them - was honestly amazing & really insightful in terms of pinpointing where my approach was strong, and where it needed revision/was lacking.

I worked in the corporate world for years, yet never held a sales role. I was clueless about how to build a business through selling my services. We had a successful trial with 12 clients and then lost momentum and failed to convert any to full time clients, the worst bit was not understanding why. The biggest value from working with Mettastartupstudios has been setting up interviews to actually understand what potential clients would want, in what format, and what they are willing to pay for it. This leads to clarity and confidence, but interestingly a certain level of detachment that makes running a business emotionally easier.

I loved that we got face time with the actual owners of the coaching program as well as their team. It was easy to tell right away that you all know your stuff and present it in a very confident and concise manner, always leaving us with actionable steps to take. The accountability is what kept me on task and up to speed. This was a big part of the program - a program that was intimate and we are not just a number.
