Awful Experience
Parts looks great online and after the 3-4 weeks shipping are awful
I had parts not arrive and when questioned the customer support it took. 2 emails to receive a response where I was sent a picture of the item being picked but they could not and still haven’t sent me a picture of the items being bagged together

they sent a carbon spoiler for my MG IM5 that had old tape, old glue residue and 3 drilling holes. keep in mind i paid 284 usd for this and they choose to sent me a broken item. thank you for wasting my time.
Scam website, beware!
They will send you TEMU quality items at premium prices. Something you can buy on TEMU for one tenth of the price. All the stock photos on the website are fake, you would receive something very different.
I purchased a boot light for my MG4 Urban. It took 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive, and what I received was the wrong item. Now to wait another 2 weeks while they drop ship from China again...
There are cheaper places to get this sort of thing. If MGTitan can't deliver on speed and certainty, what are you paying for?
Also, don't trust the reviews on their website. They'll delete reviews that aren't glowing (speaking from experience).
I ordered my car steering wheel and it didnt fit, i informed them and they told me to send the package back to China and the freight cost was higher than what i bought, it was a huge spam this company dont buy from them.

The product was as advertised and the quality outstanding, will be using them again.
MGTITAN have a good selection of parts for the MG S5 EV. I bought the mud flaps and a screen saver. All fitted brilliantly very impressed with the mud flaps more than enough fixings supplied only half an hour to fit all 4.
