The perfect solution to import cars into Jersey excluding VAT. Cheaper solution to import a new car than buy on the island where greedy retailers charge more than list price for popular models. Chris in particular provided an excellent professional service throughout the process.

As a background; You originally placed a deposit on a brand new Audi directly with an Audi main dealer. As they were unable to sell the vehicle VAT-free, we stepped in to complete the purchase on your behalf, supplied the car net of VAT, and arranged the transport for you.
We communicated throughout via a WhatsApp group that you were part of, with an average response time of 57 minutes (excluding weekends and evenings). We always aim to keep our clients fully informed.
As you had sold your previous car you requested shipping updates. Unfortunately these can be difficult to obtain in real time. We request information from our shipping agent, who then contacted the shipping line. On some occasions, details we received did not match the information you found independently — we understand this can be frustrating, but unfortunately, we have limited control over live vessel tracking data.
On arrival, the battery was flat. After charging, a you had warning lights appear on your dash, which you are now resolving directly with Audi in your market under warranty. As mentioned, we’re happy to assist where possible, but as this is a brand new Audi, the dealer is best placed to handle any technical issues.
We’re sorry that you weren’t completely satisfied with your experience, though we do feel that a 2-star rating is a little harsh given the circumstances and level of service provided. We do, however, appreciate your feedback and wish you many happy miles in your new Audi.

I can highly recommend Chris and thd team in MHH ...I was totally ignorant about how to import car from UK into Ireland and now that it has arrived...Im not that much wiser🤣 !!!! They took care of everything and guided me with baby steps all the way.😆😆..the most difficult part was choosing which car !! Great service.

Great experience
Great experience. They claim the HMRC VAT back which reduces the car cost & more than covers their fee's. It was observed after collection that the sunroof was cracked, don't know if this happened when the vehicle was in transit or before then, but they had it replaced immediately without any issue. Highly recommended for importing your next car to Ireland, I will use this service again.

Excellent Service - Highly Recommend
Importing a vehicle, especially when making payment before seeing it in person, can be a nerve-wracking experience. However, working with Chris and the team at MHH put my mind at ease.
From the moment I selected the car I wanted to import, their support was exceptional. They conducted thorough due diligence, which gave me confidence in my purchase. The communication was excellent throughout—whether by phone or WhatsApp, someone from the team was always available, responsive, and ready to help.

Something so daunting made simple for me
It can be difficult to put your trust in a company when parting with money before you receive the vehicle, I can honestly say that the whole process was made easy by Steven and his colleagues.
They were with me all the way from when I chose the vehicle I wanted to import ,They performed their due diligence by having the car mechanically checked with also a background check ,
From phone calls to having all the team available on Whatsapp .I could not find fault with them in any way ,They made for me a daunting task so easy , My deepest appreciation to each and everyone of the people I dealt with
