MHH Japanese Cars Opiniões

Chris and MHH could not have been better! From our initial chat about the Elgrand to driving off with my new motor, Chris was ace. Full of knowledge, help and hints about imports and how it all works. If you're looking for an import and specifically one from Japan... let them know. Can't thank them enough.

Alistair was great from start to finish and we couldn't have asked for a better service. We will defiantly be keeping in touch for additional services for the vehicle, we would highly recommend him for purchase of an Elgrand!

Chris was extremely efficient and responded to our request to view the vehicle we had seen advertised on the day we called. He explained very clearly everything we needed to know about the vehicle's import from Japan and what had been done to it since it was in the UK. We are very impressed with the service from MHH Japanese Cars and would recommend them to anyone. The vehicle is just what we needed for our Charity purposes and we look forward to having many miles of motoring from it. Thank you Chris and the Staff at MHH. A neighbour recommended MHH Japanese Cars. Everything he said about dealing with Alister and Chris was true. They care about the vehicles they are selling, even as a novice to buying a vehicle of this type I felt able to make an informed decision based on the information they provided. Chris went the extra mile bringing the vehicle for a test drive, driving me to the collection and talking through all issues to do with aftercare. I highly recommend MHH Japanese Cars.

Excellent service these guys know what they are doing and they look very carefully at the cars they buy in, all cherry picked by hand in Japan by pros on the ground. Three years on I Still love my Honda Elysion they sourced, it’s a real gem, no rust rot or horrors just a very clean honest car. Would definitely recommend and reuse.

Recently bought a Toyota Alphard very professional helpful in every way start to finish would highly recommend thank you Craig campbell.

We met with Alistair who was very friendly and knowledgable about the Nissan Elgrand that we were looking to buy. They had the exact spec and after a test drive and a number of questions answered we made the purchase. Would really recommend checking these guys out. A pleasure to deal with and buying the vehicle was made easy.

The service was excellent, the car was extremely clean and it runs smoothly we're going to have a tow bar fitted as we would like to tow a caravan with it . So looking forward to having some adventures with it Thank you

Fantastic service with polite, friendly and professional staff.
Alistair went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went smoothly.

Picked up highway star from these people brilliant service easy to deal with would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a van

AJ and his team were very helpful and the Toyota Alphard was well prepared, fully serviced and exactly as described. I collected it on a Wednesday and drove to France on the Friday, it performed perfectly for the whole 1200 mile trip. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

I have never come across such a decent garage with stunning cars and a truly honest owner.
The cars are prepped to perfection and they drive superbly. I went there today today with the intention of buying one, but sadly I am just too tall to be comfortable. Nevertheless, had I fitted in I would have made a purchase.
You will not be disappointed.

Top class japanese supplier!!!!!!
We had been searching for a Nissan Elgrand Rider Autech for a while with certain specifications, and from the very first time of speaking with Alistair and his team we knew we were in safe hands...
He helped us through the process of buying our dream machine, making sure we were completely happy and answered all questions honestly. I would highly recommend MHH Japanese Cars and would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

MHH sourced a Nissan Elgrand for us from Japan and shipped it to the UK.

Alistair went through how the whole process worked and was very honest and transparent with pricing. He found us a great car within our budget and keep us informed on our cars progress along the way.

What sets them apart I would say is the brilliant communication, they would always get back to me straight away and patiently answered my many many questions!

They are friendly, extremely well organised and professional, everything was documented and processed quickly.

From looking at their other cars, it looks like they only import high grade cars and make sure that any work needed is done to the highest standard.
Our 14 year old car was like a nearly new one when we collected it!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car. A truly 5* company which really care for their customers 👍

We recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Elgrand from MHH Japanese Cars after a long search for a newly imported vehicle. MHH did not disappoint, we dealt with Alistair who we found to be helpful & friendly and who was able to answer all the questions that we threw at him however obscure they were!

We had some modifications carried out which conveniently took place next door to the MHH office so the process felt very slick & hassle free. We were kept fully informed of time frames & costing for the work so had no nasty surprises along the way. This work included a rear de- cat & underseal both of which we have had no issues with.

Overall, an excellent service all round & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MHH to anyone looking for a Japanese import.

I would rarely buy a car from a dealer but never have I bought from a dealer and had the thought that I would go back for another. This dealership is different.

I dealt with Alistair regularly over the course of 3 months (waiting for import) and found him to be very upfront and honest, attentive to my concerns, personable and generous.

Alistair was extremely confident in the quality of stock of their cars because they only buy grade 4 (out of 5) at auction so you will never receive tarted up rubbish from MHH.

I did my research and using the VIN number, got an independent online report on the vehicle showing all its history, mileage and many photos of the vehicle over the years leading up to its import. Everything checked out well.

I put a sizeable deposit down with the assurance that if, for whatever reason, I didn't like the car when I saw it, I could have it straight back

Alistair took all of the stress out of searching for the right vehicle. If ever I had any queries, Alistair always got back to me quickly. I spoke to his business partner, Chris, very briefly once or twice, and whilst I'm sure he's lovely and very hardworking... 😉

Thank you Alistair for a surprising car buying experience. Brilliant after sales too btw.

I cannot rate the service at MHH highly enough. I would never have the confidence to buy any car without going over it thoroughly first but because I knew they'd done all that for me, I didn't have to bother.

I’m impressed of company professionalism. Nice and easy transaction. Clear information of product.Great service.Thank You.
