I started interview prep with m.i ready somewhat late in the cycle however, i can wholeheartedly say that the coaching I received was tailored for me and gave me a huge boost in my confidence leading up to my actual interview date.

I think that really comes down to the human-centred approach my coach took. It didn’t feel like a set course designed for the masses. Each session felt like I was digging into learning more about myself so I could bring my best qualities out. Not only did that show in my interview but it also carried through into other areas of my life. People around me noticed an improvement in how I carried myself and how I was able to articulate ideas.

I received extensive and clear feedback from my coach with detailed logs, action points, and summaries. The reports were highly detailed and tailored to me. The constructive feedback was incredibly helpful and actionable.

I also did a mock assessment which helped reinforce the skills I had picked up. This was an invaluable experience for my preparation and really matched the stress of interview day quite well. More than anything, m.i. ready gets a whole lot right about addressing the other elements that are important when preparing for interviews including mindset, how to ensure the day goes smoothly, and what to do in moments of panic.

I came into m.i ready feeling like I was prepared for my interviews but in the first lesson the tutor was able to identify my weakness very quickly and provided an actionable plan I could have taken in order to ensure success. I was provided resources, asked follow ups routinely to check in on my progress and all around just felt very supported during a very stressful time. The tutor took me on pretty last minute and was very flexible in arranging sessions too. Whilst the feedback at times is blunt, in my opinion it is required at that stage so you can truly reflect and is given with good intentions in mind.

I had a great experience with my interview preparation, I came into this with not much time to prepare but felt a lot better after the sessions. I would recommend m.i. ready, it made me feel a lot more prepared for my MMI!

Highly recommend m.i ready!! I felt very prepared for my interview at UNDS after taking a few sessions.
I began quite under confident in my skills and knowledge. But over time, the tutor helped me build my skill set, knowledge and understanding of what each question is assessing for. Each session covered high yield questions, tailored feedback and guidance on how to improve. After each session, I also got a report of everything we covered in that session. This was the most helpful aspect of throwing with m.i ready because I could return to the advice and tips, and really practice these strategies on my own. The report documents are so detailed and thoughtfully structured. As someone who values constructive feedback, it really helped.

I also took a mock which had questions quite similar to my actual interview. The mock interview gave very structured feedback for each question and exactly how to answer it. The platform is easy to use and very clear. I was able to practice untimed and also as a timed mock.

Overall my experience with m.i ready was amazing! Definitely recommend.

I went into the interview experience feeling unmotivated and not 100% sure that medical school was even for me. However, I decided that I would give it my best crack possible and get a tutor. I can confidently say that not only did Awais carry me through the learning process as a tutor but also provided me with the love for what I was learning again and the motivation and the spark that I needed came back. His tutorials were friendly, he was always understanding if you had been busy and most importantly invested everything he had into my personal success in the interview. I know that he really cares about every student and made a lot of sacrifices to get me over the line so I could not recommend this programme more to anyone who is thinking about it. If anyone is worried about it being generic, he tailors it to you and the medical school you are applying for so what you work on and learn is deeply personal and puts you in the best position for success on the day.

Despite being short on time, I fortunately came in contact with m.i ready to help me intensively prepare for my postgraduate interview given the time frame. The dedication, guidance and thorough resources provided were immensely helpful and I would not have been able to get to level of confidence I had going into my interview without it. M.i ready was very helpful for my interview preparation for medicine. It provided me with structure as well as appropriate and personalised guidance with how to prepare, which is essential in something as broad as an interview. Further than this, I was treated as an individual with considered and specialised feedback in consideration of my strengths and weaknesses. I found this to be exceptionally helpful, paired with expert advice and knowledge of what markers are looking for and how to stand apart from other applicants. I couldn't recommend m.i ready highly enough to anyone.
