I received the Deep Sea Dream case yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. I haven't heard of this place nor know anyone using their cases, so I was a bit skeptical. But I will say I will 100% order from there again, I have already had so many compliments and my phone feels so much nicer in my hand. The case feels and looks expensive. Thank you Miasole x

I ordered a phone case from Miasolé, expecting the quality and vibrant design shown on their website. What arrived was extremely disappointing—the print quality was flat and dull, the colors were completely washed out compared to the listing, and the camera cutout badly cropped the design. It’s clearly not their photos on the website and is drop shipped from China.
When I contacted customer service to request a return label and a full refund, I was repeatedly stonewalled. Instead of providing a prepaid return label for a misdescribed item, Sherry from customer support offered a series of low partial refunds (first 20%, then 50%) to avoid processing a full return. They tried to blame the vast quality gap on "screen brightness settings" and cited their own internal policies to refuse a proper return.
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015), consumers have a clear legal right to cancel online orders within 14 days and receive a 100% refund without being forced to keep substandard products. Miasolé's practice of pushing partial refunds instead of honoring basic statutory consumer rights is unacceptable.
Save your money and shop elsewhere—the product photos do not represent what you actually receive, and customer support will resist giving you your money back.

They are an absolute scam! Do not buy from them. I bought a phone case weeks ago and never received an email confirmation of the order despite emailing AND messaging them via their website. Their cases are literally ripped off other websites. So disappointing! Oh and don’t believe their “sale”, that timer has been on for weeks despite saying 5 minutes left one week and the next week showing 15 hours left a few weeks later.

Site à fuir, j’ai commandé il y a plus de deux semaines, je n’ai eu aucune confirmation de commande. Quand j’ai voulu annuler ma commande le jour même car j’ai trouvé mieux, ils m’ont dit que ça avait été expédié donc impossible d’annuler.
Nous sommes deux semaines plus tard et je n’ai rien reçu. C’est une ÉNORME ARNAQUE.

I’m really happy with my new turtle phone case. I read the reviews about it being like plasticky material and I was worried and considering a refund. What I didn’t expect what a proper phone case which is really beautiful. I’ve already managed to drop it multiple times by accident and it’s had a little shatter but unoticable so it’s good quality and also does all the jobs it needs to do. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like I should because these reviews are not it :)

I ordered the phone cases and I received them. The cases look exactly how you would imagine. They’re also pretty strong as I tend to drop my phone allot and it’s not given me a crack. Delivery service could be better but they do reply and Try to help. overall I love the cases and definitely recommend!!

This is a scam - the phone case does not look like the product picture at all. It is a bad quality image printed on a cheap case. It is damaged very easily, there already was a scratch/defect in the case's image when it arrived.

A scam!!!! The cases do not look like anything in the adverts and on their TikTok page! So cheap and nasty!!! So disappointing wish I could add photos of what they actually look like!

I wanted to return my order, but the email address provided for requesting a return doesn’t even exist. The quality looks like something from Temu, honestly unbelievably bad. The product looks nothing like the photos shown on the website. This was a huge disappointment and definitely feels like a scam. I would not recommend ordering from here.

My daughter is extremely happy with the phone cases we received from Miasole! The quality is really good, and the cases look exactly like the pictures. Shipping was fast and everything was packaged nicely. Definitely recommended if you are looking for stylish and high-quality phone cases. We will definitely order here again!

Phone case looks like a temu print phone case, bought it for £20 now there’s no way to return. Absolutely ridiculous
