Excellent customer service, fantastic bags. I have 7 and packing cubes, expander lite bags and the 'bags to place within your main bag'. I can't remember the name. Excellent - it saves scrabbling around looking for small items like a lipstick, pen, glaases etc. I have my eye on the Ellen!

Fabulous company to buy great stylish quality bags and accessories. My favourite is Aspen, great roomy classy bag. I have that style in 5 different colours. Packing cubes and large tote are great for holidays. Highly recommend everything from order to fast delivery.

Yesterday evening I sent a message that one of the clips on the detachable strap that came with a bag I'd recently purchased had broken and this morning I received a reply that a new strap is being sent out to me today!

Wow!!! I had no idea just what went behind the beautiful bags, both for work and pleasure I’ve been buying and replacing for years!!!

I ordered the Cleo bag in black for taking on holiday as it was flat and would be easy to pack. Unfortunately the cross body shoulder strap is far too thick and feels like it should belong to a much bigger bag. The hand strap is much thinner and would have been better for the cross body strap. So don’t think it’ll be getting used much. It’s a pity because I have a few Mia Tui bags but this one was disappointing.

My husband bought me a matching Mia tui handbag and hold-all some time ago now. I’ve never used the handbag so it’s in perfect condition. However I have used the matching hold-all and there are various patches where the surface of the pu leather has come away from the underneath material. The shocking thing is I’ve only used it a handful of times so I would not purchase again

Love Mia-Tui. I have been buying their bags for years now and have never looked back. My husband reckons I have an addiction as I have never had so many bags. I always had black bags but they do so many lovely colours and styles that I don’t even own a black one anymore(or bags from any other company)
Great customer service- sorted an issue out for me on a SUNDAY! They are very responsive and the quality is great.
Also the Mia Tui community Facebook site is one of the friendliest I have ever been a member of.

Easy to use site and fast delivery. Love my new animal print bag. Loads of room, lots of pockets, plenty zipped pockets, extra space if required and it all fits into a small zipped pocket. Love it!!!

I really loved my backpack when it arrived. It was packaged beautifully and I loved the style. However after 3 years it has begun to peel badly especially on the straps. I live in a high humidity country which I suspect has accelerated the process. Whilst I love the brand and would love to purchase again I would not buy a PU leather bag due to the quality of material. I prefer to purchase items that are long wearing rather than disposable fast fashion adding to our landfills.

I have been shopping with Mia Tui for many many years. I have a favourite bag from MT it’s a Zara I have so many colours in this design, what I love about this bag is its Size, the interior colour gives you incredible accessibility to all our items inside the Zara. It has a key fob on elastic. as I was forever loosing mine in handbags before Mia Tui came into my life.
With Mia Tui you will never be disappointed, it has a fantastic customer service support team that are second to none. Sheila.

I had a positive experience shopping with Mia Tui when I ordered two bags which arrived quickly. I had to return one as it was the wrong size and had prompt help with every query with this from the Mia Tui team. Customer Service was very good and the quality of the bags too. Very pleased with the bag I kept.

I ordered a bag but accidently ordered the wrong one. I mailed them and by 9am the next morning (I ordered late the prior evening) they had confirmed the correct bag and refunded the difference. Just didn’t expect it to be handled so quickly and the ability to rectify the issue was amazing!

Good deal on the gift tokens means that her Ladyship chooses her own bag, saving me the hassle and ear ache of buying the wrong handbag, so what's not to like?

Very pleased with my new Mia Tui bag. Love the colour and size of this bag. Love the extra strap I bought as well. I like the patterns and colours on the strap.
