Mibio is based in Yerevan, Armenia, and makes smart NFC business cards. Tap the card on a phone, or scan its QR code, and your digital profile opens in the browser with your contact details, links and social profiles, ready to save. No app is needed. You can change your profile at mibio.bio whenever you like, so the card never needs reprinting. The range starts with the plastic Mibio Card and the Custom Mibio Card, printed with your own design. The Custom Mibio Metal Card has a gold or silver front engraved with your design. The Mibio Dot is a small NFC tag that does the same job. And the Mibio Hub is an NFC stand for restaurants, cafes and hotels: guests tap or scan it to open your website or social media, or to leave a review on Google, Tripadvisor or Yandex. Your profile can also collect the details of the people you meet and sync them to your CRM. Teams get 10% off 10 to 19 items and 15% off 20 or more. We deliver anywhere in Armenia, usually in 2-3 business days, free on orders of 29,000 AMD or more. International orders usually arrive in 7-21 business days, and we already have customers in Lebanon, Ghana and the Seychelles. Questions? Write to support@mibio.am or call +374 55 228252.

Saving contact
When the customer wants to save the contact he cant just click ‘Done’, otherwise it is not saved. He has to add the contact to the phone and then click Done which some customers may not know. So we have to tell them to do so

Resposta da Mibio.am
Dear Manushak,
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Mibio. We understand your concern about the extra step needed to save a contact due to Apple and Android guidelines. While it may seem unconventional, it's a precaution for user safety to prevent link hijacking.
However, we'd like to emphasize the advantage of our NFC business cards over traditional ones. They offer long-term accessibility to your contacts, unlike paper cards that can be easily lost. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions.
Warm Regards,
Mibio Team
