I wanted to write a fair review of this company as feel they have had a slightly hard time review-wise and it would be a shame for that to put people off.

I purchased a large hanging fabric print for our stairway and am so happy with the product.

It’s true that you do have to wait a longer than we are used to (compared to the fast deliveries of other companies) but this is because everything is made to order and just takes time, compared to the mass produced stuff. Also it is shipped from Germany so that also adds time. However, if you are happy to wait I believe it is well worth it as the quality is excellent and I know that it is a unique item.

I did speak to customer services as got a bit worried after experiencing the delay and then reading other reviews on here, and they were very responsive and the product was sent out soon after (and not too long after the expected lead time).

I will definitely order from Micasia again as am happy with the product which I’m sure I will have in my house for many years (especially if you compare to lesser / mass-produced alternatives which might arrive sooner), so on balance, a 4-5 week wait isn’t too bad when you think about it.

Ordered a splashback with a delivery time of 7 to 9 working days. Received an email a week later saying it had been delayed. A month later, still not received it and no further correspondence. I've cancelled item so will see if I get my money back. Interestingly, the website still shows deliver of 7 to 9 days on the item which is patently not true.

If I could leave zero stars I would.

I ordered a bathroom custom sized panel with a tile pattern on it. The website has the facility to line up the pattern so that it is central. when the panel turned up the pattern was offset to one side. I complained to Micasia who initially said there was no fault, after about six emails they admitted that there was a fault, BUT STILL REFUSED TO REPLACE THE ITEM!!!
They are now not answering emails, TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am left with a shoddy product that I can't use and £98 out of pocket. Luckily I paid by credit card, so will be able to claim back from them.

Avoid this terrible company as though your life depended on it!!!!

Flot vinyl-måtte

Jeg er super tilfreds med vores "Moroccan Tiles Floral Blueprint With Tile Frame" vinyl-måtte til køkkenet. Den fås i forskellige størrelser og ser rigtig godt ud i det hvide køkken med dens flotte, blå mønster. Vi har nu haft den i en måneds tid, og den er helt perfekt og nem at gøre ren. Jeg forstår ikke de dårlige anmeldelser, vi fik pakken hurtigt, og som nævnt er kvaliteten helt i top.

My order was never delivered. I got in touch and asked for it to be sent correctly or for my money back. micasia.se never reshipped my order or refunded my money. What's more, they recorded on their website that the order had been delivered, so I couldn't request a refund again.

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan van een spatscherm. Kreeg op een gegeven moment een mail dat door drukte etc het langer ging duren. Ik vroeg of ik de bestelling kon annuleren. Geen probleem zeiden ze en zou mijn geld terug krijgen. Ik heb €115 betaald en heb maar €76 terug gekregen. Er wordt nu opeens totaal niet meer gereageerd op al mijn mails. Bestel hier niets het zijn oplichters.

It's been more than a month since I ordered and has received only a small tool from my order instead of wallpapers etc. I was very impressed about their selection but became very disappointed. I've paid everything beforehand of course and answering mails is poor. Very sad...

Edit 30th January 2025: Finally everything I ordered, arrived. Good it happened, but it shouldn't take so long time.

Ordered a splashback for £140 on 10th September 2024 and have been chasing for the product ever since. Micasia claim that they have not received my payment but I have sent them proof of payment from my bank and their bank has confirmed to mine that payment has been received by them.

They are not responding to my emails and simply sending me invoices to make payment again.

I believe this may be a scam website.

This company has been impossible to deal with from start to finish.
We had 2 standard shower trays 90cm deep and 120cm wide and wanted to use their panelling to go around three sides of the tray walls. This would seem a simple request but it was a nightmare!
Firstly their website had a bug so you could not split a 3m panel into three sections,
then I spent hours of email asking if it was possible to do this as the maximum panel size (3m) was exactly what we wanted. Finally they agreed and I asked for, the only possible combination: the left panel to be 90cm, the middle panel to be 120cm and the right panel to be 90cm.
All quotes were in pounds sterling £. They asked me to pay via PayPal which I did in full. They placed the order then told me they would not send it until I paid an additional amount due to currency conversion issues!!! I said no. But they refused to send me what I had ordered and paid in full for, so I had no choice as my builder needed the panels.
I finally received the panels and they cut them incorrectly!!! They sent me panel 1 as 90cm panel 2 as 90cm and panel 3 as 120. It is obviously impossible to fit these into any shower tray, certainly not a 120x90 shower!! Now I am trying to send them back. I do NOT expect this to be easy!

Made an order for 2100 ddk and received nothing!
I wrote to the "support service" store, it is not available!
Refund my money or send the product! I'm in shock, return the money, I didn't receive the wallpaper!
