Buying our first home is such a scary thought, but Dominic helped us every step of the way, he made the experience stress free and run smoothly for us, any questions we had he was there. We had no clue where to start or what to do when it comes to buying a house but Dominic guided us through the whole process and he explained everything to us. He had great communication with us and followed through with our estate agent and solicitor keeping everyone in the loop which made things run so smoothly. He has really helped us through this process I would highly recommend him and Michaels Financial they were very professional and so friendly a true pleasure to have this experience with.

I am very happy with the service I have received. I do not have any personal issue with Mark who arranged the mortgage for my purchase, however, the lender he is arranged and the lender's solicitors are absolutely unprofessional, unethical and troublesome.

The lender's solicitors allowed the conveyancing without proper due diligence and without checking the status of current tenants in the property who have had rent arrears and are extremely arrogant.
They just wanted to transfer the mortgage so that they start getting monthly interest.

Very very poor code of practice.

Stay alert if you are dealing with this company.
I have posted reviews about other companies in the same group who sold me the property and I have loads of troubles now.

Dominic was fantastic. As an ex-broker I understand the process, and already knew what mortgage I wanted. However, Dominic was fab. Secured the offer quickly and made the process slick. But more importantly, when it came to completing and my solicitor was as useful as a wet sock, Dominic was amazing. Completely took control and liaised with the lender to override my wet sock solicitors suggested exchange, and made it happen when we needed it. He is an asset.

I just recently bought my first property through Michaels and was put in touch with Dominic to help me with my mortgage application. As a first time buyer and non-UK national I was a bit apprehensive about the process since I didn't have anyone to advice me as I would have in my home country, but Dominic was fantastic!
