Kieran was very attentive and showed us around 2 houses one after another. They were realtively new builds and he did well with the limited information he had and passed on questions he didn’t have the answer to for further enquiries. He was personable and overall the experience and professionalism from Michaels has been very good.

Kieran was great at providing more background on each property we viewed, and also talked more about the buying process with Micheal’s.

A special mention however, must be given to Nikki, who, is frankly a star! Not only did she update us throughout the process, even when there was not much happening, but her suggestions were super
helpful. Nikki went above and beyond to help us, for which, we are eternally grateful. If there was something negative to highlight, I would, but we genuinely have no negative comments to make. Can't say that very often!

Although the appointment was rescheduled it was only by 15 minutes and they called me well in advance to confirm the new time. The agent, Kieran was very professional and friendly and gave helpful information about the property. I also appreciated the brochure with full property details I received at the end of the viewing - nice to have something in hard copy for easy reference.

Great support throughout the visit. He answered every question immediately. If he didn’t know the answer to some of our more obscure questions, he found out so we left the property with no outstanding queries so we were able to walk away and make a decision.
