Had a problem with my motorcycle tyre and Michelin sent me a new one after a few emails and photos best tyres and best co customer Service I’ve dealt with thanks for all your help

I've just put four 235/45/17 tyres on my '09 Passat estate tdi. V expensive but numerous reviews indicate excellent overall performance and longevity (over 75k miles) perhaps at the expense of 2-3 mpg.

I have micheln tyres fitted to my cars for many years i can say the are best tyres for wear and tear I have had some tyres fitted from asda tyres just last week so I fully recomed to anyone that wants tyres fitted

Bought Michelin as they were offering £100 cashback on four tyres. They emailed me to confirm the money would arrive within 28 days but it hasn’t and they don’t respond to emails. Absolute scam and will never fall for their ‘deals’ again.

Michelin cross climate 2 tyres 195.55.R15, absolutely appalling quality, sidewalls of the tyres so thin and susceptible to puncher is beyond belief, 2 tyres now at the cost of £280 destroyed less 500 miles use, by old type pavement, which has jagged edges and corners, first mounting the curb to try and park my car pinhole puncher took four days to go down. Second, I was run off the road and hit the side of the curb (20mph) literally tore the tire open. I couldn’t even run on the flat tire 200 yards back home, left massive tears in the sidewall of the tire. I have never seen damage like this on any tyres I’ve ever owned. I will never buy Michelin tyres ever again.

Cash back offer is a con and marketing scam. My claim has been refused because I used a promo code with the dealers website (not Michelin) to get a prior minimal discount off the tyres. There's no mention of this reason for refusal in Michelin T&C's. Genuine product bought and fitted from VAT registered fitter. Receipt obtained and deal refused. Probably won't buy Michelin next time if this is how they operate.

Have 4 tyres of michelin primacy 4 on my car and having just had a service the engineer pointed out a fault with one of them
He said never seen this before but the middle of one tyre is showing the under webbing but the tread all over is 5mm and assured me this must be a manufacturing fault
Therefore I emailed Michelin who advised me to take it to one of their dealers which I did actually took it back to walkers where the tyres were purchased only to be told "you must pay for new tyre and then in a couple of weeks time you might get a cheque for the tyre price less an amount for ware"
Emailed Michelin again explaining what Walkers said but they more or less washed their hands saying "we are not responsible for dealer's policies" therefore my advice to anyone thinking of purchasing premium tyres like Michelin to look elsewhere or save money and buy economy which I am sure would give you the same quality

I drive my Focus with Michelin Pilot Sport 5. Driving experience is at Chinese level. I have spent 750 Euro for what, marketing? Michelin is just a waste of money, nowadays there are brands much better in terms of quality.

Bought Michelin footpump used dozen times now can't get head to fit valve.very poor quality certainly not built to last.

I asked who would fit my new Michelin tyres in CHESTER as the main ATS depot refused because I had not purchased from them! A Pointless help service with little in common with help!

Bought a digital foot pump only used twice display flickering faulty , contacted Michelin had proof of purchase, sent me a new one and a newer model thank you very much

We bought brand new car hyundai kona in Oct 22. On 25th June 23 1 tyre got burst. Only 2600 miles done.
All the tyres got brown colour patch mark, May be due to hot weather.

MICHELIN TYRES, I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN, THEY HAD REALY GOOD TREADS ON THEM. BUT THE TYRE WALLS WERE CRACKED.. ONE TYRE WAS REALY VERY BAD, I WAS TALKING TO THE MECHANIC AT HALFORDS. AND HE TOLD ME MICHELIN TYRES ARE KNOWN FOR THIS. I REPLACED ALL 4 TYRES FROM A LOCAL TYRE DEALER AND HE SAID THE SAME THING .

At Michelin, don't expect post-purchase customer service, there isn't any. The brand has implemented numerous grotesque strategies to avoid compensating its customers when it is responsible and the quality of its products is involved. I've never seen this before from a group of this size and with such a strong image, absolutely incredible.

This situation is all the more grotesque and scandalous when you consider that the Michelin group, a major international industrial group, posted a net profit in 2022 of billions of euros, up on the previous year, and a turnover also in billions of euros, up 20% on the previous year !!!!

BEWARE!! Cash back offer is a con. Promised £30 and it has been refused. Genuine product bought and fitted from VAT registered fitter. Receipt obtained and deal refused. Plenty of options out there for next time.

Have set of Cross Climate Michelins on a Jeep commander in Canadian snow/ice - great performance - just put them on a VW EOS for use in UK and France and love their smooth ride & grip in the wet - got the refund on the Jeep set after a month and confident I will get similar refund for the EOS set - good tyres and good price at 575pounds fitted/balanced for all 4.

My Extra Load tyre (1.5 months old Michelin Cross Climate 2 205 55 R16 XL) popped the sidewall when driving off the curb. I have spent 2 hours waiting for the fitting (after my appointment time @Euromaster), then when it's popped I had to wait 2 hours for the roadside tyre change - so now I got two different tyres and paid £259 for the roadside emergency tyre change, which is mid range Triangle tyre.
So much time and money wasted...

MOT fail due to "all 4 tyres" being perished at 16700 miles, rears with 6mm remaining and fronts with 4.5mm.
Aparrently Michelin have a big problem with perishing!
I'll stick to budget brands from now on!
