Great old fashioned customer service
I was very happy with the products quality when I received them in a timely manner, always a worry ordering online without seeing or trying things on I’ve found, and then getting the run around or non answer from customer service is very common, however, my experience was as follows.
I did have a problem with wrong size being sent, but customer service (Sunny) was prompt to respond, very pleasant to deal with and she fixed the problem in a couple of emails. I’d be happy recommending your service and products with the great service I received. Thank you D Collinge.

After being worried that my package was missing I contacted Midiross and was answered by Charlotte. Charlotte followed up immediately and found that my package was delivered (I was away at the time) and all items were present. She was pleasant, competent and very responsive. My experience with the company was very positive and I would highly recommend using them.

Shirt lost colour after wash
Ordered two shirts - one white and one red. When I opened package it had a strong smell, so I had washed red shirt in cold wash by itself. When it finished cycle - shirt came out different colour - closer to an orange/red which I don’t like. Return policy states it must returned in original condition in packaging. Will not order from this site again

I do quite like the shirt and it arrived fine - but it is NOT the shirt in the photos - close but is a cheap knock off and not the actual item in the photos. You can see difference in fabric quality, actual design details. Won’t be using midiross.com.au website again - not legit.

Great customer service
Received my order fairly quickly given it was the festive season, had previously purchased same dress in other colours which i I love and get compliments on when I wear them, this order differed quite a lot from picture though and was not what I had expected, Customer service is great however, was quick to respond to my email and Mia helpful in finding a resolution to my problem.

I ordered a blouse but was on holiday…
I ordered a blouse but was on holiday when it arrived and the tracking system states the package was left in a safe place but I was unable to locate it anywhere. I have emailed the company 3 times and had no reply. Terrible customer care and will not be ordering them again. Please be aware.

Great company to deal with and amazing Customer service
I have had the most amazing customer support from Molly at Midiross
AU. I had to return my order as it was the wrong size and from the very beginning of contacting them I have had nothing but the most professional service and this was over the very busy week of Christmas. Can’t speak highly enough of this company.

Great customer service in response to order issues
The clothing item I ordered was not as expected based on the photos on the website but when I reached out to the company, it's customer service was excellent. I had quite extensive email correspondence with Molly who was very responsive and helpful
