Brilliant experience dealing with Midland Garden Furniture. We ordered a Pergola first which we are really pleased with and then followed that up with an order for a Pergola Privacy Screen which arrived within a couple of days and has been a great addition. It has been really good to deal with a small company and any queries or questions we had regarding our order were quickly responded to. Helen has been so helpful and we are very happy with these products both for quality and price. We would happily order from them again in future.

Nova plus 4x3 pergola
Made enquiries and spoke to helen who was excellent and answered any questions we had. Decided to order and install happened at the date we were quoted.
Installers Sam and Kai were brilliant. The pergola they fitted was better than any pictures we had seen and also took all packaging away(there is a lot)
Fantastic from start to finish and would 100% recommend these

Protex Garden Furniture Cover
I contacted Midland Garden Furniture in the hope that they could dispatch a Protex Protective Furniture Cover to N. Ireland. They do - but virtually all other suppliers do not.
Helen and her colleagues provided excellent communication and an elite customer service throughout the transaction and delivery. An extremely fine company to deal with and so friendly with it.
The Protex Cover for my dining set is strongly made, looks good, is well finished and provides a serious amount of tie down options to ensure that it stays in place. So important in our changeable weather conditions in 2026. I believe I can safely say it will provide confidence through the winter storms.
Well done to all concerned your assistance and generosity is very greatly appreciated.

We are absolutely delighted with our new pergola from Midland Garden Furniture.
After many summers of our south-facing garden becoming too hot for the children to comfortably play outside, we had been relying on makeshift canopies to create shade. We finally decided to invest in a proper pergola and, after searching extensively for months, we came across Midland Garden Furniture.
From the very beginning, the service was excellent. John at MGF was extremely helpful and managed to source a 7.2m x 3m wall-mounted frame for us. We had originally planned to have two 3.6m x 3m pergolas, which would have meant two centre posts, but the larger frame meant we only needed one centre post. This has given the whole installation a much cleaner, more open and seamless finish.
The pergola looks fantastic and has completely transformed how we use the garden. Over the past month, we have been able to enjoy the space much more in both rain and sunshine, and it has made a huge difference for our family.
A big thank you to John at Midland Garden Furniture, and also to Sam and Kai for the professional installation. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend Midland Garden Furniture to anyone looking for a high-quality pergola and excellent customer service.

We love it
We love it. We opted for the pebble colour and what a difference it makes. We opted for the assembly and it was a good decision. Our timing was perfect and we are using it already.
The service from start to finish was exemplary.

Fantastic quality, service and price
We looked at various online companies that offer pergolas and there are many. After comparing prices and specifications I narrowed the choice down to two different companies so I planned to call both.
Prior to purchase I had a few questions so I called Midland and spoke with Helen who was most helpful. She answered my queries professionally and courteously and sent the requested dimensional drawings through straight away.
Anyway, I made the purchase for a 3.6m x 3m Hanover Signature with additional screens, heating and lights. Didn’t bother calling the other as I just knew Midland were the right choice.
Midland offered very prompt delivery and install which took place today following great comms from Helen, John and Nicola.
Sam and his assistant did a great job of the installation which took around 4 hours to complete. Very tidy job.
All round great quality, competitive price and service from Midland and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic high quality garden furniture company
Midlands Garden Furniture recently supplied us with their fabulous Nova Hunter L Shaped Garden Sofa Set. We were somewhat reticent initially to buy such garden furniture on-line but throughout Midlands Garden Furniture have been a super company to work with and the quality of the furniture is exemplary! Whilst the garden furniture can only be seen on line (there is no showroom), Helen and the team offer excellent, personal and timely follow up support on line and by phone, sharing in depth knowledge of the products to assist choice and even holding our purchase in their warehouse until our garden landscaping work was complete! Huge thanks to Helen and the team for all their help and support. We would highly recommend this company.
