This is best and perfect. i am very satisfied with them the coffee grinder is amazed. the price is very reasonable. the machine quality is super. i buy it for the coffee cafe. my all customers is very happy coffee powder as well.

After using one month then i am again here to share my personal experience with Mifo wireless bluetooth its best and latest edition, the quality is amazed. The charging timing is extremely good we easily spend 24 hours for the one time charging. I use it everytime for the calls or watching movies.

Today I ordered it one more headphones for the my family member because we are all very satisfied with the quality audio quality is super even that somehow we can use it for the office calls the best feature is noise cancellation.

I am very happy with the my ultra thin bluetooth because they help me for the deep sleep. My sleep did not disturb because the design and ultra thin make it sleep did not disturb.

Earbuds were defective from the start. It took 4 weeks for them to eventually sort out a return, i returned my earbuds and have been ignored by the company since. So i will have to go via bank for refund. I should have researched the company first as this seems the norm

The led light more enhance the look of the speakers they are best for me every week i arrange the small party in my house & the PS Mega Series more special my day. The vibrant LED lights, powerful sound, and Karaoke feature, it creates the perfect party atmosphere.

I am very happy because i get my under the 48 hours the packing of my trimmer kit is really good. All manual they provide how to use, how to fix minor blades as well they provide a tiny brush for the cleaning. I love how efficient it is for quick trims and how comfortable it is in hand.

Mifo Aus take responsibility of the products. When I received my parcel and packaging is damage and headphone is also damage. Immediately I call the customer care & share the images they take responsibility and guide me regarding the return policy after 3 months I received my cash back.

I am from NewZealand and I order Mifo 05 for my personal use. They provide me maximum discounts as well the quality of the product is best. The quality of case cover is a amazing. The finishing is super. Definitely I pay a huge amount for this but the quality and sound justify it.

Attempted to cancel my order immediately after ordering but 2 hrs later received shipping advice.
I wish I'd seen the Consumer Affairs warning and the multiple complaints about this company sooner.
Very polite emails from Mifo but 'too bad, I'm sure you'll like the product'.
Assured me they'd assist with refund process - nothing forthcoming.
Refunds webpage has a lot of words but no actual substance for how to do it.
Says return to a store, but they have no stores.
Offers an email address to send complaints but it doesn't exist.
No longer answering emails.
Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

Received my headphones. Nice build and they work really well.

I ordered some headphones for $189.00. Did not get an order confirmation. I’ve chasing this order for 9 days now. Just read that consumer affairs in Victoria is warning consumers to not buy from this company because they do not deliver the orders. Seems like it’s a scam company. I’ve been scammed.

Consumer Affairs Victoria’s Director Nicole Rich has issued a warning to consumers about an online electronics supplier which has been the subject of numerous complaints.

Smartware Pty Ltd (ACN 634 806 821), trading as Mifo Australia, sells electronic goods including earbuds, headphones and speakers online through their website, mifo

Mifo Australia describes itself as a ‘global seller of high-end devices for active lifestyles’, but Consumer Affairs Victoria has received over 60 complaints about the business in the last two financial years alleging that Mifo Australia:

accepted payment for products but failed to provide them in a reasonable time, or at all;
failed to provide refunds or remedies when consumers found the products defective or of poor-quality; and
didn't honour extended warranties.
Consumer regulators in other states and territories have also received over 100 consumer complaints and the business has very poor consumer reviews on review websites such as product review and trust-pilot.

Rich is urging consumers to be wary before purchasing Mifo Australia’s products.

‘Consumers should always consider carefully who they buy products from,’ Rich said.

‘Online purchases can be very convenient, but unfortunately it can also be hard for consumers to tell if an online retailer is going to be trustworthy or not.’

‘While consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law relating to refunds, returns and warranties, buying from a reputable business can help ensure that you’re able to exercise them if there’s a problem.’

If you haven’t received an item you purchased from Mifo, contact your bank or card provider. Depending on how you paid, you may be able to arrange a chargeback or raise a dispute with your online payment provider.

Just found out Mifo is not in China but in India. An email just received stated that Vikas Yadav has my goods. They are in India. Interesting. Let’s see what happens.

Beware! Do not purchase from this site. Purchased items from site and never received any confirmation of order or shipping/delivery confirmation, logged in to my account on website and my order had "disappeared". Tried contacting company several times, received one response asking for my order details and then no further communication.

I accidently ordered 2 items. I imediatly contacted them before the shipped out. Promised me a refund and said it takes 5 working days. Doesn't answer emails. Still waiting. Only good thing I got my product quickly and it works. They stole my money.

I placed my order on 22 October 2024 - 2 x Mifo 05 & 1 x sports - no delivery by 31 October - follow up email finally responded to on 8 November - I am told that sports model no longer available. Within 24 hours I nominate to substitute for 3rd set of Mifo 05 ask for refund in extra price paid for sports - told on 12 November that I would be sent tracking link. I send follow up emails on 24 & 28 November - as at time of writing (5 December) still no delivery & response - VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I did not feel any regret to choose the services of the mifo aus, the customer care department did a fantastic job, they help me to received my order on time. They guide me to the secure payment.

I wish I had seen this before placing my order. Delivery was supposed to be 3 - 5 days but nothing received after almost 2 weeks. I've emailed them a few times but keep getting a similar response each time. I've requested a refund but I'm not confident.

I am very happy after search them pet feeder from Mifo Aus this is a very brilliant product that they offer. After using this i have to save my maximum time, the price is economical. Right now I have two pets so i choose them normal pet dispenser.

Mifo Australia appears to be an elaborate scam. There is no Mifo Australia- there is no local stock & the stuff is actually coming from China. Many of the positive reviews here on Trust Pilot for Mifo appear to be fake too. (read them carefully) Consumer Affairs Victoria have issued a Public Warning about them (google Mifo scam)
My earbuds are now two weeks overdue from the promised date. It appears that the on-line comparison review of the earbuds which led me to the purchase is a fake review also. Beware of this company!
