We've logged a complaint with the ACCC. There is also notifications from the NSW & VIC govt trying to make people aware, we found them too late * A quick update - received the earbuds after contacting the ACCC, they are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, the sound is that tinny it hurts my ears, wore them for a couple of minutes and couldn't wait to get them.out. So refund policy for the return of shit items attracts a 20% re stock fee! FCK me do these people ever stop scamming!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They didnt resolve my issue they just.kept.emailing back and.forth until I said.forget it. Also Product is klunky hard to get it into the case and ears. Case is large and heavy. Why risk this when Samsung apple is way better value

No Product Support for Mifo O7 Dynamic Smart True Wireless ear buds
I bought 2 sets of the Mifo O7 Dynamic Smart True Wireless ear buds in Nov. of 2020, one for me and one for my wife. The right earbud of my set does not charge anymore or work and went thru all troubleshooting steps with Mifo support. They said could do nothing for me, not send in for fix or give me a replacement. BEWARE - this company are a bunch of scammers and RIP-OFF artists. There is no product support or very little. 14 days can be returned if product box opened and 30 days if unopened and not satisfied, that's it. How is one supposed to try the earbuds if can't open the box?? Warranty on parts is only 1 yr maybe. The company is China based which prob. speaks for itself. I wouldn't deal with them again. No product support and they leave you with a defective product with no other recourse, can't get it fixed or replaced. No reputable company does this that I know of. Terrible.

First, I would just like to thank you for making such an incredible product! 💗
Last year during the fall I was using one of my mifo earbuds while relaxing on the front porch. The other earbud was beside me in its case on my end table. My dog happened to run over and bump into the table so hard that the earbud case dropped on the ground. When it fell the case opened and the earbud fell out. I could not find it anywhere! After a long search I finally gave up and admitted defeat, it was gone.
Fast forward to last month .... my husband is leaf blowing the front yard and comes across the earbud! It was covered in dirt and scratched up from being outside in the elements for a year! I brought it inside, wiped it down and placed it in the case to charge it just for the hell of it. I knew it wouldn't work ... but it DID!!! 😱
I am just absolutely blown away by it's durability and quality! It still works perfectly! A little scuffed from being outdoors for so long but the sound is still as good as when I purchased it. So I just wanted to reach out and say thank you very much and to please pass along this story and share my gratitude 🙏

I received a faulty product from Mifo…
Update: The company never resolved the issue of sending me a faulty earbud. Only after reading my review on Trustpilot did they offer a full refund, but they never followed through on it. This company is awful to deal with and a big scam.

This “Company” is a scam
This “Company” is a scam, do not order anything from there. I ordered earphones which was never delivered. I tried several times to get into contact with costumer service, but they never answered, except for a couple of automated responses. They were quick to withdraw the money though.
05 PLUS Gen 2 Earbuds
I placed an order for the new 05 PLUS Gen 2 earbuds mid January. The product was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. Almost a month later, a few emails sent, and a chat bot conversation, I still do not have my order. I fact I don't even have a status update. But Mifo was quick to charge my credit card the very next day after placing my order. I believe they are a fraudulent operation. I have begun the process of reaching out to my local Police Department to hopefully protect others from future fraudulent activity from MIFO.us. If their scams exceed $100k, it will escalate to the U.S. Federal Government.

Do not buy from the company they are a joke, bought ear buds for £140 they stopped working after 2 months after countless emails back and fourth I could return for a replacement (I had to pay pp no return lable was giving). So they got the earphones back 3 days later shown by tracking, now its been 10months since then, they ignore any emails for weeks then come back with oh we are very busy we will look into this for you then that's just on repeat, I have given up! Scammers
failure to honor warranty for defective product
I bought a product from this company that failed while under warranty. They confirmed the product was under warranty and said they would send a replacement. But alas, no replacement was forthcoming. I contact them multiple times over 2 1/2 months and was repeatedly informed "your replacement is our highest priority." Nice words, but no action. My conclusion is that their warranty and their promise to send a replacement are just scams. Don't do business with this company unless you want to be scammed.

I purchased a pair of Mifo 07 Dynamic earbuds in September of 2020. I also purchased the 24 month extended warranty (Total: $204.00). So, in January of 2023, the right earbud seemed to have some type of short in it. I would have to wiggle it to hear sound and not touch it after or else the sound would go out and I'd have to wiggle it again. So tapping it to pause, adjust volume or answering/ending a call was out of the question. I contacted Mifo on February 5 via email, as they have no phone number for contact, and explained to them the problem. I stated to them that I purchased the extended warranty and wished to know how to proceed with procuring a new pair.
I get a return email on February 8 suggesting that the heat waves producing heat melts the wax in the ear and could clog the earpiece. EAR WAX???!!!!!!!!! REALLY!. First off, I do not have ear wax in my ears. Secondly, ear wax would not make the earbud go in and out. It would either go out completely or sound muffled due to the wax build up, not go out and come back on upon wiggling it. THAT'S A TECHNICAL ISSUE. After explaining to him that it's not ear wax and that it is a technical issue, I get another return email (just over a month later) suggesting restarting/updating my phone and unpairing the earbuds from my phone. And if that don't work, pair them to a different device. BOTTOM LINE. THEY ARE TOTALLY IGNORING THAT FACT THAT THIS IS A TECHNICAL ISSUE. THE EARBUD PRODUCES SOUND BUT GOES OUT IF TOUCHED. AT WHICH POINT I HAVE TO WIGGLE THE DAMN THING TO PRODUCE SOUND. INSTEAD OF HONORING THE WARRANTY THAT I PAID AN ADDITIONAL $40 FOR, THEY'LL JUST KEEP BS-ING ME TO KEEP FROM SENDING ME A NEW PAIR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. GO TO YOUR LOCAL ELECTRONICS STORE AND PURCHASE YOUR EARBUDS. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DOWN THE LINE, YOU CAN RETURN THEM WITH YOUR RECEIPT AND NOT GO THROUGH THE HASSLE I DID WITH THIS COMPANY. I am grateful that mine lasted longer than some others, who claimed to have their earbuds go out way sooner after purchase than mine.

Terrible Customer Service
I bought a pair of earbuds in January 2022 and it worked fine for the first few months, it started having pairing and charging issues and I reached out to Mifo via email in November, they sent me a return label to return the one I have and promised to send me a new one, I sent the old one back on December 5 and have been asking for update on the new one, the rep I've been emailing named Jacob told me it has been shipped, the tracking number I was given shows the item was never physically received by USPS and I kept asking for status of my earbuds but was told over and over that it's in transit, they finally admitted after a month that the earbuds was lost in transit and they'll send me a new one. I've been asking for tracking number for a week now but not a single response to my email anymore. They don't have a phone number to call. I don't have my earbuds that I paid almost $100 for and not a single word from their customer service on where its at. The worst customer service experience ever!
Bad Warranty
I bought one set of earbuds and liked them, so I bought my husband a pair. His stopped working after just two months. Mifo has no recourse because we are out of the 30 day refund period. IMO, for the price, the product should be guaranteed for more than 30 days.
Mifos malfunction & they don't honor their warranty
I purchased Mifo 05 earbuds in March, 2022, based on some good reviews on a couple of websites. The pairing (with each other and with the devices I use them with) was always a little finicky, the sound was so so, but I felt they were ok for the price.
After about 2.5 months of use, the earbuds would no longer pair with each other when connected to my MacBook Pro computer. I received quick customer service from someone named Jacob, who walked me through many many steps (repeatedly resetting them, draining and charging them, cleaning them, updating audio and bluetooth drivers on my computer, pairing to new devices), and none of these things worked. After mailing my earbuds back at my own expense, I was given a warrantied replacement.
Fast forward another three months, and the replacement pair have the same. exact. problem. Again, Jacob walks me through the same steps (which I have already tried, referencing my previous emails with Mifo), and again - it does nothing. I emailed Mifo in frustration and asked if perhaps Mifos had a compatibility issue with Apple products.
Jacob then sends me an email that does not address my compatibility question. He says, "Hi, [my name]. Thank you for your message. Your return request has been approved. To process your request, please mail your product in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals to our returns center," followed by an address and instructions. I sent the second pair back, again at my own expense.
When I emailed them with my tracking info, and asking how I would receive a refund (to my original payment source? a check?), Jacob responded,
"Thank you for the message. We checked the email thread and it appears the return request is only approved for a replacement.

I responded that this was clearly not what he had said, that I wanted a refund, but -- fine -- I would accept a new pair. At this point the USPS tracking information indicates that they made multiple unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package ("no access to delivery location"), followed by the package never being returned to me.
I've never been so burned by a company, and am so pissed.
SCAMMING COMPANY- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING
This company doesn't even deserve one star. I reluctantly ordered some headphones from them. BEFORE my order was fulfilled, I requested 5 times for them to cancel my order. They processed my order anyways and shipped the headphones. I have tried contacting customer service but to no avail. I am also reporting them to the BBB being that they had more than enough time to cancel my order and send me a full refund before shipping the headphones. I will be getting my money back one way or another as I have taken many screenshots of the times I have tried contacting them. Horrible way to run their business. This place is a full-blown SCAM!
