Incomplete order.

I ordered a combo of a lion's mane and cordyceps + a pack of reishi somewhere around mid-May, got the package on 24th May, and received only Lion's Mane and Reishi. I reported the issue and they assured me that the next day another package will be sent. Guess what, by 7th June I received no word from them again, no delivery, and no answer to my request for a refund for the undelivered product.

Update. I received a refund in August of 2023

Unfortunately, instead of 2-5 day’s delivery I had to wait one month. An answer I got from Mighty Fungi concerning the delay of delivery “ It stuck with the courier”. I have not got any notification from the courier company Omniva when they are planning to deliver the order and, of course, it was not delivered. But I got notification from the post office that my order should be picked up there. So after one month of waiting I finally got my order. Sorry, I don’t think that it is a good service.

Received my package 3 weeks after. Upgrading my review from 1 to 4 stars. Will update after trying the product for a month.

This was the first time I ordered from Mightyfungi and this was a bad experience for me. I followed the link from their FB promo and ordered 3 items from their shop, including the one, which is their top product at the moment. After I placed my order on April 30 and paid for it, nothing happened until 15th of May. Within this period I tried to reach Mightyfungi's front desk using the built-in chat on the web page, but with almost no success - the responses were late, not informative, and in the end no one explained to me what is happening with my order. I also sent them a message on Instagram, but there was no reply until May 15th as well. Then I received information (simultaneously everywhere - in the chat window on the website, in direct messages on Instagram), that my order was finally shipped. I also received their apologies for the delay and a discount for my next order. But, unfortunately, this was not the end of the story - today is May 25 and I still did not receive my order in spite that Mightyfungi promises delivery within 2-5 working days - tracking through the delivery service website shows that the sender has dropped off the shipment in the parcel machine on
17.05.2023, it arrived in the destination country and departed from inward Office of Exchange on May 22, but I still did not receive it. I hope this will finish soon. I am really sorry for this bad experience, but I was really annoyed.

delivery was quick, product is fantastic, got forest berries and its really tasty without being too sweet, when you need to get things done without any distractions going on in your head and remain focused on the job in hand than this is your product, Level Up its way better that coffee, nailed it :-)

Had big expectations at the beginning but it wasnt the wonder, i had hoped for sadly.
Felt a difference a couple of times,
But not on a daily basis, and sadly it just gives you stomach problems.
Had a couple of friends try it out aswell, with the same result.
Dont know if it has been a bad batch or something i recieved.
But i stopped using it and got rid of it.

The shipping took longer than promised, The shipping to my country was fast, but the local postal service here took way longer than needed. so the blame is on them, and not mighty funghi.

Thank you. Great service, fst delivery and when i made a mistake in my order and told them, they corrected it instantly and i received my order safely.

Delivery was later than expected. I have taken two doses and have to say that it hasn't improved my focus a lot. I'll keep taking it and see.

Good webpage, informative, good marketing skills. sympathetic frontman. I would not mind less emails, but i understand it is the business. I don t feel any changes in focus after i consumed the fungy. maybe it would be more effective with a little Focus-Ritual. The taste of the powder with water is not exactly yummy so i mixed it with cacao and milk.

Can't comment on the product, paid for 2-5 days express delivery and it's still not here, 10 days later. Was for a birthday present so yeh, I guess I'll be using it myself as I had to get something else for birthday present.

UPDATE -- Product finally arrived, customer support was very responsive and product is really great do far - upgraded to 4 stars
