I am finding this site impossible to sign into, my purchases impossible to recover, and customer service non-existent.

I attempted to recover my password using the site's link AND their video how-to; neither option worked, and I never received a follow up email.

Abandoning that plan, I tried to sign in through my google account-- this option is BROKEN. I received confirmation from google that I'd shared my info with mightydeals, but the MD page itself didn't load. Just a blank page reading "{"statusCode":500,"message":"Internal server error"}"

When I checked my google page to revoke access, it isn't even listed as MightyDeals, but ""coupon-oauth-dev"

This website is broken, and no one is accountable to help. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

EDIT -- updated to add that I reached out to the email address mentioned, on the same day Mighty Deals replied to this review. Naturally, I have heard NOTHING since, and received no follow up. It has been five business days.

A real shame, I've bought many products over the years. Now I can't access any of my downloads from them because I can't log in using my old password and the password reset emails never show. Contact form does nothing. AI assistant opens a black 'Not Found' page.

Has gone completely dark on us. We've ordered a number of fonts and designs from them over the last 5-10 years, but recently tried to log into our account and couldn't get in. Tried the password reset form multiple times, checking spam/junk and all the usual stuff—no dice. Also reached out directly to their support email three times, and never heard back. Super frustrating, as we can't access our order history or purchased products anymore.

Ordered a mystery box (medium) and paid £14.99 plus £4.99 for postage.
Mini envelope (large letter size) arrived today containing magnetic hook, plastic watch strap, metal poppy brooch and a second magnetic hanger. Also some sort of pendant(rubbish).
I guess it's my own fault, for expecting more.
Trading standards need to do something about this scam company, who must be making mega £
