Don’t do it through utility warehouse as I did I lost the use of my landline for 7days and no iternet as well no reason given except they change the b t box for voip box to early also my voip phones ring is odd as it only rings ever other ring hence you don’t no whether to answer it or not or have the caller put the phone down . Frustrating

I've been an MIH VoIP customer for about 3 months. The process to join was smooth and Antony was informative and supportive. The VoIP adaptor for my landline works flawlessly thank God. Voicemail messages can be transcribed and sent to you via email - how cool is that? Billing is clear. I also plan to use the VoIP app when overseas, too. Thanks for this great service.

Really happy so far 3 months in. I had an awful provider before. These guys were so helpful in moving my number and making sure everything was done well. Really pleased.

MIH greatly simplified and assisted understanding of our first transfer to VoIP (after much misinformation from previous landline provider). Initial glitch with incoming calls was cured immediately, with one telephone call. Easy to contact MIH. We did not buy any hardware and just use Voip app on existing mobile. Voicemail is emailed. So easy to use. Service running for 2 months now with no issue. Huge savings. Excellent all round. Would recommend without hesitation
