GOOD VALUE
Great value for books but bit disappointed with Courier who put books outside door (in the rain) rang bell, took photo and left even though there was sign on door asking to give us time to open it - not ideal, box was wet, books were fine!

Incorrect orfer
Although I received my order promptly I received the incorrect box set to what I ordered.
I have emailed Miina books twice but have received no reply.
Shame as I prefer to support independent businesses.

Bad communication
Ive emailed 2 days ago to request a return with no response. When I placed my order there was no indication that the website that no orders were being shipped. I places the order with express delivery, had the website been functioning correctly I should of recieved my order in time but as there was delay with the order being shipped I received my order too late.
I've had no response from 2 emails now but had a email to leave review

Sent using a poor delivery company
My order was sent using a poor delivery company. The company claimed to have been unable to deliver and it was simply returned to sender with no option to attempt redelivery. By itself this would be a bit annoying, however (despite messaging Miina twice asking them to rectify) I have had radio silence from Miina. Very poor.
