Great shopping experience!

I had never dealt with Miinto before and the item I was purchasing was relatively expensive so I was nervous about completing the order. I needn’t have worried as my order was processed and shipped very quickly via DHL who kept me informed via tracking and I’m delighted with the item purchased! I would definitely buy from this company in the future!

When have a problem no humans to help sort out or phone number , just automated AI responses !

No delivery of an item and impossible to get any answers , only AI responses and of no use at all and not able to call anyone to discuss , really poor and v frustrating !!

Unfortunately I did not receive my…

Unfortunately I did not receive my order as the item I’d ordered, confirmed and received a dispatch email for, was out of stock. I learnt this from an email which was sent to me a couple of days later saying my order had been cancelled!

Don’t advertise products that are not in stock! Create a better system of tracking what’s available in your warehouse.

Because of this experience I do not recommend and will never shop on their site again.

Top notch company & five star delivery/refund procedure.
Only problem was the polo shirt I ordered was advertised as a regular fit & when it came it was a slim fit unfortunately.

Unfair return charge

Miinto sent the wrong item and then charged £10 for the return.

It has taken more than 2 weeks for them to acknowledge the return, and only did so after I had emailed asking for an update.

This is not right when the company is at fault. Unless this is resolved I won't be shopping at Miinto again.

OMG amazing

OMG amazing, super fast delivery and excellent bag. Was a bit nervous ordering from them but they have exceeded themselves, plus a return label enclosed should I want to return ( which I don’t)
Will definitely use this company again!

I was skeptical at first but after contacting customer support to verify quality of item as best as possible, I placed the order and it was exactly what I was after. Saved over £100 on retail price.

Shipping + Return prices are a bit…

Shipping + Return prices are a bit extreme - as well as the no option for exchange. I purchased something, didn't fit, I'm £15 out.

Great discovery

I discovered this brand in earlier in the year and have since made several purchases, I have always had good service, been kept upto date with delivery details and returns no matter where the items came from. I love the brands they have and always enjoy purchasing something from Europe especially Spanish, Italian and french.
