Great range and very fast delivery
Wonderful range of high quality Japanese goods at very reasonable prices, and not just table and cookware. I'm really pleased with my latest order, a set of the hammered finish cutlery. The fast delivery is always appreciated too. This is one of my favourite shops, because you can buy single plates and bowls etc instead of sets, so it's always tempting to buy something when you're in need of a small treat!

Outstanding service and beautiful attention to detail
I recently purchased a garden tool bucket from Made in Japan and couldn't be happier with the experience.
The product itself is excellent, and the delivery was incredibly quick. What really stood out, though, was the care and attention that went into the packaging. Inside was a lovely handwritten note, and the item was beautifully wrapped in Japanese newspaper, making the whole experience feel incredibly thoughtful and authentic.
It's rare these days to find a company that puts so much pride into both its products and customer service. Every detail showed genuine care, and opening the package was a delight.
Highly recommended. I will definitely be ordering from Made in Japan again.

Arrived really quickly.
Nicely wrapped with a personal message card and best of all it was posted in hard cardboard sleeve marked fragile. Not opened the wrapped item as it is a present.
