Hula Hula Island & Safari

We booked the Hula Hula Island excursion and Safari with Miki Travels during our holiday in Hurghada, and both trips exceeded our expectations.

Hula Hula Island was absolutely stunning. The water was crystal clear, the snorkeling was amazing, and the beach was beautiful and relaxing. The lunch served on the island was delicious, and the entire day was perfectly organized.

Super Safari was another unforgettable experience. Riding quad bikes through the desert, visiting the Bedouin village, and watching the spectacular sunset made it one of the highlights of our vacation. Everything was safe, well planned, and lots of fun.

The Miki Travels team was friendly, professional, and always on time. Communication was excellent, and we felt well looked after from the moment we were picked up until we returned to our hotel.

We would definitely book with them again on our next visit.

Absolut keine Empfehlung von mir

Ich habe am 30.4.2026 in Passau ein Doppelzimmer, im Dormero Express Hotel gebucht und musste auch sofort bezahlen.
Am selben Tag erhielt ich über Check24 die Buchungsbestätigung. Das Zimmer hätte ich bis gestern (17.06.2026 um 23:59 Uhr) kostenlos stornieren können.

Heute erhielt ich eine dringende Mail (18.06.2026, zwei Tage vor der Anreise) dass Miki Travel meine Buchung nicht aufrechterhalten kann.

Check24 sowie Miki Travel sind für mich gestorben.

Ich weiß noch nicht einmal ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme und wer für meinen erlittenen Schaden aufkommt.

Die AGB von Miki Travel werden wohl eher niemanden interessieren, nachdem das Unternehmen in Japan liegt.

Ich habe wohl mein Lehrgeld bezahlt und buche in Zukunft immer direkt beim Hotel!

It appears that your review may have been posted under the wrong company due to a similarity in names. We completely understand your frustration regarding the cancellation and sincerely hope that the responsible provider resolves the matter promptly and that you receive your refund without delay.
