I was so grateful to see the running shorts come back in stock as my friend had been raving about them since she was gifted them for Christmas! £58 is the most I’ve ever spent on a piece of running gear and these shorts are worth every penny. I have never been in favour of a skin tight running short as they have always rolled up when on long runs/sprinting but these DO NOT BUDGE! The pockets are next level and have made my running belt totally redundant as I can carry everything I need in the shorts without jingling/movement! I am so excited for other items to come back into stock so I can become a repeat customer.

My husband purchased a running vest for me for Christmas. I was so excited, but unfortunately despite fitting as per the size guide the vest was too small.
After checking the website, there was a small note advising that it runs small on the black colour way (but not the others?) - this is not reflective on the size guide.
Particularly disappointing as it was a size 16, and no further sizes available. As a women’s running brand not being able to cater to this is disheartening - do I not deserve to look the part too?
I do understand that it’s a small business and needs to start somewhere but after being so excited it just doesn’t feel inclusive, and the sizing needs reviewed.
You also have to pay for returns, too.

I am really surprised about the poor reviews relating to bad customer service. I have a query about an order during January which is always a busy time in retail with Christmas returns and I received truly incredible and fast customer service. Besides that the running vest I was given as a Christmas present is amazing, great quality and with all the little things that made it clear the product was created with practicalities in mind like LOTS of pockets while still feeling weightless. Thanks Mileoff!

Unfortunately customer service really unhelpful. I spend quite a lot on running kit but really value help when something goes wrong so won’t be buying from these guys again

Couldn’t recommend more! I now own the gilet puffer, long sleeve top and leggings from Mileoff and it’s the best running gear I own. Not only does it look good, it’s comfortable (no chafing or ride up on tops or down on leggings!). This is a brand designed by a woman for women with every detail thought of. I have never felt more comfortable and confident running. Customer services have also been great. I order the puffer in two colours as I couldn’t decide and it has been easy to organise returns. I can’t wait to see what this brand does going forward.
