I first heard about this company back in 2024. They offered me something called an Ecotracker that I paid for via Amazon December 2024. They promised they would send it out in early spring of 2025. Spring turned into summer..then fall... I also paid for something via Kickstarter. It is now MARCH 3, 2026. NO PRODUCTS WERE SENT OUT and now I can't get my money back. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANYTHING. They have terrible time sense, excuses and customer service not helpful!

I placed my order mid dec 2025 but received no further delivery information. After 3 weeks of waiting, I got in touch with their support and simply got informed that the product was not in stock anymore and they had no updates over when they would be restocking. I was assured that all orders would be honored in chronological order.
Finally got the product today, after 3 months of waiting and I am happy to say it was well worth the wait!

I ordered the Milerd Detoxer in mid-December, and to this day I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no clear information about my order. Despite the amount of time that has passed, communication has been extremely poor. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and very disappointing.

I am still waiting for an immediate update on the shipment or a full refund.

Vorsicht! Nach meiner Bestellung mit Lieferzeit 3-4 Tage erstmal 4 Wochen keine Reaktion, nach Nachfrage die Mitteilung, dass das Produkt nicht auf Lager ist, aber im Zulauf. Nach der Aufforderung von Rückerstattung mehrmal der Vorschlag zu warten mit 20% Rabatt. Nach weiteren 4 Wochen und erneuter Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung (also insgesamt 2 Monate nach Bestellung) keine Reaktion mehr. Geld musste über Chargeback von Mastercard zurückgeholt werden.

Ich war am Anfang sehr enttäuscht, da ich am 13. Dezember eine Bestellung aufgegeben habe und das Gerät erst am 25. Januar erhalten habe. Außerdem musste ich lange auf eine Antwort warten. Aber ich muss anmerken, dass ich trotz der Verzögerung bei den Antworten immer höflich beantwortet wurde, mit Verständnis und einem Vorschlag, einen Kompromiss zu finden. Heute habe ich endlich das Gerät bekommen, ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert, aber werde es morgen machen.
Ich dachte schon, ich wäre getäuscht worden, aber jetzt weiß ich, dass dies ein ehrliches Unternehmen ist und dass jeder Verzögerungen haben kann, was wir, die Käufer, nicht immer mit Verständnis behandeln.

I ordered my Ecotracker package with an estimated delivery date of June 2025. After multiple delays and several newly promised shipping dates, the updates eventually stopped altogether. When I checked the company’s address via Google Maps, it appeared to point to what looks like bushes behind a Dollar Tree shop rather than a real manufacturing or office facility, which seriously undermines credibility. I personally no longer have any trust in this company, even though the products on the website look interesting and are aligned with what I am interested in.

Living in a country where food standards are sketchy to say the least, I was looking for a product that would make it safer to consume and came across the detoxer but I had some questions I needed answering first. The team at Milerd explained a lot about the differences between pesticides and nitrates and how their different products work and I placed an order, which arrived swiftly.

Un ottimo dispositivo per ottenere cibo veramente pulito e quindi salutare, il suo utilizzo è semplice e veloce. Totalmente soddisfatta!

Ho preso il detoxer milerd da due settimane. Mi sono trovato molto bene e funziona veramente. Il mio cibo adesso viene pulito in profondità da pesticidi ed altri contaminanti.

I had flawless transaction. Delivery was really quick. But most important is a product — a compact and super helpful device not only for the household. HiRange is super lightweight and small, so I often carry it with me all day long and look at its color indicators which signalyse about EMF-contaminated areas. Also thanks to it I've made my house more safe from electric, magnetic and radiofields by moving some devices and furniture. An accumulated dose counting is helpful too, I can see doses for the each day of past month. Device needs charging like every 5 days of non-stop use which is awesome result in my opinion.
