Miles and Barr (Deal) made my selling and buying a stress free experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with the invaluable help of Emily Strickler. From the day she introduced herself to the day of completion, Emily kept me informed of everything that was going on with regular phone calls. She answered any questions that I didn't understand. Thank you, also, to Luke that showed me around other properties and accompanied me to my final house on a couple of occasions.
Thankyou Miles and Barr. Highly recommended.

We were kept updated with viewings and every stage of the sale. Very helpful staff and always at the end of the phone. Emily was first class keeping us up to date weekly

My house sale experience
My house went on the market in Sept. 2025 and sold within a week. The marketing pictures of the house were very good. Whenever I liaised with Miles & Barr, the staff were friendly and professional. After the ‘sold’ sign went up, I was contacted by the Sales Progressor, Emily. She contacted me weekly to update me as to how things were going, any delays and to advise me on anything I might need to. I found this relationship very worthwhile. Overall, it has been a positive experience apart from the length of time the process took(6 months) due to unavoidable issues outside of Miles & Barr. I was told the process could take 12- 20 weeks, which I appreciated.

Great Service and Team
Miles and Barr made the whole process very easy and stress free where popssible. They offered great advice. Emily Stickler was great from offer to exchange really helping get it over the line.
Highly recommend.
