Well, we had a long old journey to get to where we are now - moving this Mon 3rd August - and Emily Stickler has been with us all of the way for working through all the small steps needed, and keeping us informed of what's going on. Any question and request was no bother for her. She's a star!
In fact all of the people in the Folkestone have been so nice and a pleasure to get to know. They are all a great asset to the company. Thank you all for what you've done for us.

My Excellent Maintenance Manager.
Its been great having Madison Rowe as my Maintenance Manager over the last 3 years. She has been very business like and efficient, and quick to reply to any problems l have. She has a cheerful, friendly manner and its been a pleasure having her as my Maintenance Manager. She is definatly the best one l have had after a long association with Miles and Barr.

Michelle (Ramsgate Office) has been my Property Manager for several years now. She has always dealt quickly with any late payments from tenants & any of my other enquiries efficiently & is also very knowledgeable about all of the recent legislation changes. I have needed a variety of works undertaken on my properties over the years & she always quickly arranges quotes for me. Sarah

First of all I would like to say that during the period from when I started looking for a house I found Miles and Barr to be very helpful and easy to deal with when viewing a rather large amount of houses on a regular basis. But most of all I'd like to mention that since starting the purchase process I had the privilege of being assisted throughout by Emily at the Folkestone Branch. Emily kept in contact with me on a regular basis, assisting me with my queries and needs to get the deal done. She was very friendly and and easy to talk to. I am very glad to have had Emily looking after my interests. I could not have done it on my own without her knowledge and expertise.

Had a great experience. Debbie was very helpful and would chase up the solicitors when needed. We have had a quick turnaround from selling to exchange was roughly 3 months.

We have just completed our property sale with Miles and Barr and have been really pleased with the service. Maddie and Reuben in the Herne Bay office have been fantastically helpful and Melissa in the progression team has gone above and beyond in making the sale happen (even assisting whilst on annual leave). Lynette was the perfect person to introduce us to Canterbury and its properties. She understood straight away what we were looking for and took us around to show us. Big plus was that she was able to drive us around.

I have been dealing with Louise for my Purchase of a property in Margate. As I am a first time buyer I am learning as I go and Louise has been with me the whole way through with great communication and reassuring explanations of processes.

My family need a lot of care .I am an unpaid carer . The fact that the staff at Miles and Barr do such a great job of managing our rental property a huge help to me .
