Miles Franklin is always AT or ABOVE pricing at JM Bullion, SD Bullion and Bullion Exchange, three of the leading online bullion dealers. And they do not appear to offer any real sales. Although I like Andy and would like to buy from his company, I have never bought from them because there is always a cheaper alternative (especially weekly sales) at other sites.

I have been doing business with miles franklin since 2021. an exceptional company. i dealt with two brokers, the current being joshua schechtman, Andy's son. i really like and trust him. my portfolio has increased 29% .

The bad reviews seem like people who don't know how to do business with a silver company IMHO. You need to have your money in on time and doing this electronically is better than trying to send a check. It does take a couple weeks to get your silver or gold, who cares once you've locked in the price?

They canceled my order because they didn't hear from me for 1 day despite their written invoice they sent. Yet they demand payment within 5 days or threaten legal action. Last purchase took 2 weeks to get product via 2 different carriers & Fed Ex left their half $50k in middle of shared driveway. Previous Money Metals purchase arrived in 2 days, transparent and lower prices. Salesman Kevin changes prices overnight and claims to be doing me a favor by matching competitor... where I should have purchased in the first place. This place is all geared subjectively in their favor, not the customer.

In mid Jan I placed an order for silver dimes. I sent a check and gave it time to process. By Feb I had not received my order. I called Mon and got a return call Monday afternoon. They verified my address which had my street completely incorrect. I was told they were going to try to get the correct address so that it wouldn’t be returned to Miles Franklin in MN. I did not hear anything more by that Thurs nor did I have a tracking number so I tried calling a direct line to the salesman but did not get through. I called late Friday to the Miles Franklin number but everyone had left for weekend. An order arrived on Saturday but it was all quarters rather than the dimes I had requested. I prefer to be removed from Miles Franklin contact list.

Miles Franklin is stellar. Kathie Bortnem is a skilled, devoted professional. She is also warm, patient, and helpful. Sure, she sells precious metals. We also discussed depositories. To cut shipping fees, she grouped purchases going to a Canadian vault. Her networking jump-started my sluggish IRA custodian. I felt like beloved family. Laura Waters told me about shipments; they are discreetly marked and remarkably secure. Joel Kravitz and Jackie Dahl helped with Canadian vault contracts and payments. Everyone at Miles Franklin makes me feel special. I hope President Andy Schechtman feels very proud. I happily recommend Miles Franklin. They offer great prices and decent, professional, efficient people. I feel blessed to have found them.
