Miles Morgan Travel - Abergavenny Opiniões

The staff listened to us, and were very helpful - they helped us to choose the holiday that WE wanted.
The service was perfect, from our time in the store through to the follow-up emails.
And the booking process was straightforward, with the staff going so far as to provisionally hold our holiday choice for us for 24 hours while we checked that we had booked the 'right' holiday.
If I had to find a fault I would be really hard-pushed to do so - well deserving of the 5 stars!

Very helpful and we got the exact trip we wanted. Eva helped us book the cruise we were hoping for and fitted around are dates.

We arranged to speak with Mandy who booked our holiday for us after booking a holiday with her last year.

She and all the other staff are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks Eva

From start to finish both Mandy and Eva made sure our holiday booking experience was efficient and they also informed us of discounts we could use. Friendly staff who made sure our booking experience was a good experience.

Trust in your High Street experts !

Did all the research I could regaling a Summer cruise for my family….. what a minefield it was.

Spoke to a few advisors attached to the websites who, in my opinion, just wanted to build the invoice way past what we discussed my budget was.

Disheartened, I Googled local cruise specialists near me. Miles Morgan Travel was the nearest so I contacted them via telephone.

Bonny in the Abergavenny shop was wonderful. Expert listening skills, great advice, for us being first time cruisers, and within an hour, had build us a package to meet our wishes and within our budget.

Rest assured we will be repeat customers.

The one negative…..is that I have not been to the shop to thanks them personally…YET .

Friendly staff and always made welcome every time we visit.

In-depth travel advice, knowledge and personal attention to details.Resulting in a relaxing booking experiencing as part of the overall journey.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff

Very patient with the changes we made to our itinerary.

I had to fly to Germany for an emergency and very short notice. Bonny managed to get me connecting flights that suited me best,at a good price. She was very patient professional and looked at several options and she got the best one for me.

A very friendly and professional company. The lady sorting my break was very knowledgeable and advised me on lots of aspects. I have not dealt with Miles Morgan before certainly will in the future.

Amy had so much time to ensure everything was explained and agreed over every little detail.
Great customer service.
All the ladies are just lovely.
Thank you.
