Miles Morgan Travel - Cheltenham Opiniões

Very welcoming, listened carefully and noted our requirements. Found some suitable possibilities and discussed pros and cons before we made our choice. Karen answered all our questions and found suitable holiday within our budget.

Always helpful and friendly staff. Very efficient.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They do their best to get you what want

Excellent service. Sibyl was great and sorted us out with our next cruise. So nice to be face to face when booking a holiday.

We were looking for a Norwegian cruise on the Internet but gave up as we couldn't find what we wanted. We went into miles Morgan as we've seen them on tv and looked a good company. Sybil was brilliant. She took all our details and we left her to it. She came up with a few options, one being just what we wanted. She did everything for us even booking the car park. I won't bother to waste my time in the future scrolling for hours through loads of different websites when I can go into miles Morgan and know my holiday will not only be just what I'm looking for but also peace of mind that everything is covered

A very professional and enthusiastic member of your staff (Ellie Royale).
She dealt with a very difficult situation with SAGA.

Very impressed.

It was good to be able to have an experienced person help with selecting our holiday. Prompt response to any questions we have had.

Ellie Royle just makes it all simple and does all the hard work and comparisons for me.
Would recommend her 100%

We walked into Miles Morgan, having walked by many times as we thought we might not be able to afford a holiday here. Sam Beavan was so amazing and helpful, she talked about where we wanted to go, and what type of holiday we wanted and guided us every step of the way. She has also been very supportive as we are not seasoned travellers and have not been abroad since 2018.

Ellie is amazing. She spent time on what we were looking for and made sure it suited us. We have booked many holidays with her and continue to do so. Highly recommend her!

The good nature and helpfulness of your staff; always cheerful and pleasant. Cannot fault them. Always a pleasure to do business with them.
We dealt with Ellie yesterday but we know all are ready to help.

Total dedication to trying to sort out what we needed
, as my wife is in a wheel chair and we had to have an adapted cabin as she is unable to walk. There are other medical reasons and they went up and above. We have used them for many years when we were fit and well and discovered cruising. A pleasure to do business with them

Caroline’s knowledge is invaluable and makes booking easy!

Very thorough investigation into planned trip. Did not feel rushed and very helpful staff

Caroline is always friendly and helpful not to mention extremely knowledgeable

Booking our cruise through Samantha was a very efficient and friendly experience, that couldn't be bettered.

Sam Bevan was extremely helpful and took her time in helping us choose our next holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. We always come back to see her whenever a new holiday is in our thoughts. Thank you Sam.

Polite professional and informative.
Thank you

As usual, excellent. Above and beyond by Ellie, Cheltenham, backed up by Stacey.

Ellie was friendly, cheerful and very attentive. She showed full awareness of our needs and went the "extra mile" to ensure we got several changes to our future requirements. In addition she managed to do much of the re-arranging while dealing with Cunard's antiquated computer system. That required flexibility, patience and expertise, which she demonstrated throughout.
