Miles Morgan Travel - Clevedon Opiniões

Very helpful and friendly

Simeon was incredibly friendly and helpful ensuring that our specific needs and preferences were met.

Very good customer service polite and freindly judy is very good service thanks

Rang for appointment, gave details of what looking for and all waiting when I got there. Served by Judi but Abby and Fiona were able to chip in with useful information when I asked about a potential future trip. A very friendly, professional service.

Very pleasant efficient staff member.
Able to help with our enquiry and book required trip .
Thank you

They were so helpful and patient as we worked out quite complicated travel plans. Highly recommend.

Excellent friendly and relational approach, matched with well informed and professional service - I booked a last minute mini trip and I usually book everything online myself, but I would never have been able to view and assess the options as well as the team. Going forward I will go back to Miles Morgan as it was such a great and easy experience.

Another great holiday booked through Miles Morgan. Wouldn't go anywhere else⁷

Made to feel very welcome and the staff (Amanda)bent over backwards to assist us and get us the best deal, rang us a couple of days later to check if we had received the paper work through the post. Would very highly recommend Clevedon as a place and people to deal with if traveling abroad.

Really great Customer Service, very attentive and helpful staff - especially Simeon Jerram

We received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived in our local branch. Simeone had organised a holiday for us previously so we were delighted when his colleague suggested that we discuss our forthcoming getaway with him, although not at his desk he arrived almost immediately and greeted us as if we were friends. Simeone has a huge bredth of knowledge and having discussed what we would like to do made several suggestions including a hotel that offered safari day trips, we swiftly made a decision to book. Simeone asked if we needed airport parking or a hotel, he kindly organised and booked our parking. Would highly recommend.

I would give Abbey at miles Morgan 5 plus stars she is so good at her job, always helpful and get you the holiday and all the extra every time Miles Morgan are lucky to have her

The staff were very good and efficient. All our questions were satisfactory answered.

We followed Simeon the Travel Advisor from his previous employer he has looked after us for many years. We have confidence that he will find us the right holiday. Your company is able to offer us good deals. This is our first time with Miles Morgan and so far so good.

Staff friendly and have time to help with booking the holiday that suits the customer.

Abi was so helpful she helped us arrange our wedding trip to skiathos and now our honeymoon to Africa she has been great

What impressed me most was the time taken and the exploration of many different options to get me to my destination at the best possible cost and the best possible flight.
Thank you, Simeon

Yesterday my wife had the pleasure of speaking with Simeon on the telephone. We live in Oxfordshire and he was helping to organise a Riviera Travel River Cruise for 2027 that we are taking with our friends that live locally, so some logistics involved! We can’t thank him enough for all his help and advice; he is certainly very knowledgeable.
We look forward to speaking with him again in the future, as we get nearer to our travel date.

Under no pressure to book made to feel valued Abbie certainly knows her job and explained the prose and cons about the cabin to. Pick also makes a great cup of coffee the most valued asset you have is your staff

Good service Amanda was very knowledgeable and friendly when helping us to arrange our Australia trip
