Miles Morgan Travel - Monmouth Opiniões

Excellent service.

Great customer service. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Helped us choose the right holiday

We listed our holiday requirements and got a great first pass on cost and itinerary. We refined this a little and ended up with our perfect 50th birthday holiday.

The team at MMT were very friendly and welcoming. Their shop in Monmouth is dog friendly too.

Communication was excellent and the little details such as transfers and hotel preferences were fully supported in the final holiday itinerary.

We would recommend.

Michelle is enthusiastic ,efficient and professional.

Always wiling to do the best for us

Staff are always very helpful and offer good advice for our trips.

Efficient and timely in getting back to us and finding a suitable holiday. Good choice available and reasonable prce. Happy with the support and service we received. Very personable.

Michelle was great at sorting everything out for us.

Michelle was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking progress, also Olga advised me on changing my currency when I need to.
It was a very hot day and I was offered a bottle of cold water as soon as I arrived and also asked if I wanted another before I left.
I found this to be a lovely friendly and professional environment which took the stress of booking a long haul flight away from me.
Thank you to Michelle and Olga

Excellent
Prompt and helpful service
I have always used Miles Morgan travel

The whole experience was great. The staff were welcoming, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable

Easy booking process thanks to Shelly who was friendly and helpful on the phone. Many thanks

Michelle seemed to understand our, less than exciting,
request well and the company produced the goods in a very efficient manner. What more could you ask for!

Michelle was very helpful, especially when I had a list of must haves to keep 4 people happy on this holiday 😁 Michelle covered everything and now we are all excited for our trip 😁

A very friendly helpful staff and great service all sorted in one visit.

We have used the Monmouth branch a few times over the years and have always found them very helpful. We have just booked a Caribbean Cruise for Feb 26 for our 50th wedding anniversary and Clare was very helpful and patient with us. Find all them very helpful

Excellent service by Michelle Timewell. Efficient, friendly and took time and patience to understand our holiday needs. Will definitely use again. When we went to the cruise ship seminar, we had only planned to listen and ended up booking as Michelle was so helpful. Its a great event to have all major cruise companies under one roof. The cruise line speakers should help Miles Morgan up-sell the offers/benefits on site when booking on the day.

Efficient and friendly staff, always helpful. Always book our holidays with Miles Morgan in Monmouth.

Easy to deal with and Claire was very patient when dealing over the phone

The staff were so helpful. I wasn’t sure about the destination and asked for advice and suggestions. Nicki was lovely. She immediately helped me and sent me information with options.
I went back a couple of times and appreciated her relaxed approach. Not pressured but patient and kind.
