The staff are great too.

Whichever member of the team is available, they make you welcome and you never feel rushed into making any decisions. They are a fount of knowledge and expertise so are able to advise but never persuade. We always look forward to visiting them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Claire was very helpful, gave good advice for self help, took time to understand our requirements/preferences,worked outside her shift hours to enable us to maake a decision.
