Miles Morgan Travel - Portishead Opiniões

Visited Fiona at the newly refurbished Portishead shop to book our latest cruise. As always, great help to find just what we were looking for with time taken to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. All done in a lovely friendly manner, like catching up with an old friend. Her colleague with experience of the cruise also provided useful input.

The agent we spoke to understood quite quickly what we were seeking and acted appropriately
We booked her suggestion.

We were served by a lovely lady who helped us book our ideal holiday!

Professional, Friendly and lovely people

Very professional, I had a few options I was looking at and Vicky looked into all options and got back to me really quickly, great friendly service

I went to the local Portishead office and saw Fiona for advice on a trip to Corfu. Fiona was brilliant and found me three options in a really good location. Now booked.

Kind friendly experience, also so helpful cant do enough for you .

Vicki was so helpful. She listened to my needs , for my booking for me and got me a very good price. She was so helpful , kind and patient

Pleasant helpful and informative.
Enhanced our decision of destination and improved the holiday package

Phoned up for a cruise and was intrested in a certain cabin on level 3. They found one straight away and looked after us Set up direct debit so we didnt have to worry about a big lump sum to pay.

Good service

Being our first trip with Miles Morgan, we found the whole experience very good. Every thing was explained clearly, with all options available to us also explained.

Knew exactly what we wanted after chatting and was able to reduce the cost of pick up and drop off fee by doing it separately. Very good help

Excellent knowledge of staff. Hassle free boking

The young lady we saw at Clevedon was from the Portishead branch which we usually use, she was very helpful and sorted our holiday quickly and efficiently, as they always do. Our go to Travel Agents, alway happy with the service.

Megan dealt with my enquiry. As always a most personable young lady who is most willing to help. Attentive to my requirements my late 2026 holiday was soon arranged to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Efficiency and competency

Needed to book flight ticket and since miles Morgan is local company I always use their expertise. Know that everything will be filled in accurately. Although I had to travel to Clevedon as Portishead is temporarily closed there was a friendly face from the Portishead shop to greet me.

Megan was so pleasant and quietly efficient throughout the booking process. It is so much nicer booking face to face rather than over the phone Have always had brilliant service from Miles Morgan over the 10 years we have dealt with them and we would definitely recommend it as a Travel Agency.
