Milky Way trucking represents all the qualities that are endemic of this industry. I had a simple transaction - to ship a car from a dealer to my home (approx. 168 miles). I signed a contract with Milky Way as they had one of the best prices. On the day of my vehicle pick-up/delivery, they informed me the price was increasing by 150%. They had signed a contract with me but not secured a driver. This vehicle was a gift for my wife. so I paid and had the car shipped. The representative was very flippant with an excuse that can be summed up as - "that's how it is". Also - it is clear the drivers control pricing and not the brokers/agents so you are best to deal with one directly, if possible although very challenging. If you can't go into your transaction understanding that any pricing you get should just be disregarded as it has no basis in fact. As a side note - the representative that i worked with could really benefit from a few courses to improve his English. The icing on the cake, however, was the call I received the next morning (today) asking me to leave a 5 star review..... As I told him at one point during our conversation...."He is a joke."

I’m a repeating customer 1st time they move two pickup trucks and a motorcycle, from Phoenix to Perris CA had a little issue with the motorcycle, driver couldn’t load it but Jack handled it fast and professional getting an in closed trailer for it. Now he help me with an order pickup truck from Fort Worth Texas to Perris CA no issues, totally recommend using them. Call Jack

Shipped my Car From IL to FL , From the beginning The interaction was professional and the price also reasonable , l was really impressed Phoebe was able to find a driver earlier than l expected . communication was prompt and all of my questions were answered . I was a bit nervous about the whole process of shipping my car but Michael Brown put my mind at ease. Michael was very patient and assured me that everything would be taken care of in a nice friendly manner. I am very impressed with everything and will definitely call him in the future. Also, my car battery went dead while on the truck and his driver was more than helpful in getting us up and running again. Great experience!

Joesph Patrick helped us get our vehicle shipped from nj to sc. Without knowing the process of how vehicles shipped it made me a little uneasy. Everything went well for the price we were told. Best advice I have is to do some research on how shipping companies work. Having a specific pickup date is very difficult and you have to be flexible.

I am extremely pleased with the professional courtesy that I received from Jack Cooper. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. From tge time it was picked up in Michigan, to the time it was delivered in Florida, Jack was keeping me informed and wanted to make sure that I was informed and satisfied with their service. The car was picked up at the time and date contracted, and more importantly, delivered to the destination 2,000 miles away ahead of schedule; in the same condition it was when it was sent.
