Charged us $1.3k for implementation and didn't do it
This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. We paid for their services, and it took a mind-boggling three months for them to even attempt to implement anything. And when they finally did, it was a complete disaster. Their so-called "implementation" was nothing short of a joke, and it's clear they had no idea what they were doing.
To make matters worse, we've tried to contact them repeatedly to request a refund for their abysmal services, but they simply don't respond. It's as if they've disappeared into thin air, leaving us high and dry with a pile of money wasted on their incompetence. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for their customers is simply inexcusable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice and look elsewhere. This company's lack of accountability and inability to deliver on their promises is truly astounding, and they've left us with a sour taste in our mouths. Avoid them at all costs.

The Mimecast company is a piece of joke.
The Mimecast company is a piece of joke. The only IT company providing services, and SLA does not apply to this organization. When you open a case, it will take several days, and still no response.
The support is not competent in resolving the client’s issue.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Takes support far too long to reply to queries/issues. Some support queries are still yet to be answered after months of waiting.
Contract/renewal process utterly floored for the end user. Tied to partners who between them and mimecast fail to notify customer of expiring contracts only to get stuck with the incumbent and contracts get auto renewed!

This company is a protection platform for scammers. I received a scam email impersonating someone from one of our domains (we haven't set up DMARC on all of our domains yet) and this company was protecting them.
