ordered rooted cuttings in october 2025. they eventually arrived in mid feb 2026. a business like this really shouldnt be taking payments for products they know they wont be able to ship for that kind of time period.

Your order was placed on October 25th and shipped on February 16th. While this was slightly beyond our general “up to 12 weeks” estimate, we do clearly state on the product page that we pause shipping from mid-December through late January each year. This is due to extreme summer heat and significant courier delays over the Christmas period, which can compromise the health and survival of live clones in transit.
Because your order fell within this seasonal closure window, the dispatch timeline was extended accordingly. Our priority is always to ensure plants are strong and conditions are suitable so they arrive healthy and viable.
We understand that waiting several months can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize if the timeframe was longer than you anticipated. We do our best to communicate these seasonal pauses upfront so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.
We appreciate your business and your feedback, and we will continue working to improve both our communication and turnaround times wherever possible.

I am absolutely thrilled with MindFuel, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly unparalleled.
My initial order of a live plant faced significant challenges: it arrived two months after ordering and was, unfortunately, snapped in two due to transit damage. While disappointing, it was the response to my complaint that made all the difference and cemented my trust in this business.
The MindFuel went above and beyond to correct the situation. They not only responded quickly but generously sent three replacement plants—not just one—which arrived about a month later in significantly improved and secure packaging. All three replacement plants arrived safe, sound, and perfectly healthy. They are thriving!
Exceptional customer service! Few companies show this level of integrity and commitment when things go wrong. If you are looking for a supplier who stands behind their product and prioritizes the customer experience, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!
