Ware bestellt, angeblich auf Lager. Nach Lieferbestätigung über zwei Wochen keinerlei Reaktion. Erst auf Nachfrage die Information: Derzeit keine Informationen über einen möglichen Liefertermin. Geld ist natürlich schon überwiesen. Schlechte Kommunikation. Hoffe das die Ware noch ankommt.

Ware wurde zurück geschickt und nachweislich (DHL Sendungsverfolgung) angeliefert. Seit 4 Wochen immer noch keine Erstattung erhalten, trotz mehrfacher email keine Reaktion.
Hätte ich die Trustpilot Kommentare vorher gelesen hätte ich hier nicht bestellt.

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I placed and fully paid for two orders on May 22, 2026, for a total amount of more than €1,500. Almost three months later, I still have not received the products.

In June, I was told that the items were expected from the manufacturer shortly and that tracking information would be provided once they were shipped. Since then, I have received no meaningful update.

The biggest problem is the complete lack of communication. I have contacted the company repeatedly by email and through their website chat, but no one is responding.

For an order of this value, this level of customer service is unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend buying from this store, especially if you are considering an expensive purchase.

I would strongly advise other customers to be very cautious before placing an order.

Purchased via the Web store, product showed on the website that there were units in stock. After a week, I reached out to verify my order as funds had been transferred. No reply. Again the following week I tried again, no reply. Again, and again. Finally 4 weeks after ordering I receive a reply stating items are out of stock. The webstore shows units in stock. After 4 more weeks of waiting, I reach out, no reply. We're now on week 10 of me trying to cancel my order. There is no customer service, there is no customer support. I warn everyone to not buy from this seller.

Keine Ware, keine Kommunikation...Keine Worte, bitte Finger weg!!!

Habe ein Produkt vor einem halben Jahr bestellt und bezahlt - nie erhalten. Bei meiner Beschwerde hiess es, ich müsse warten die Firma hat Lieferschwierigkeiten. Dann ein anderes einfacheres Produkt einer anderen Firma bestellt was in 3-4 Arbeitstagen erhalten sollte. Auch dieses kam nicht - auch mittlerweile ein Monat her. Ws eine Fake Webseite! Vorsicht.

MAJOR MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION: The ‘store’ will accept your money and send you an automated email of confirmation. Besides that- nothing else. Months will pass, and MindTec Store will try all possible tactics to get you to cancel that order, and ‘refund’ your money from a different account. Typical high volume money laundering scam. Other reviews seem to be saying the same thing- wish I had read those earlier. What a disgusting tactic, by a German company at that. Shameful.

Customer service was very helpful and were quite easy to reach over the phone. They were also quite easy to reach over their online messaging chat portal.
The shipping time was not ideal, it took around 1-2 months for my £600 EEG to be shipped but I do not believe it was the fault of the manufacturers. Once they received it from the manufacturers however It was shipped and arrived around 2 days after. Customer service kept me updated on each step when i was calling them.

Product not in stock, after i canceled the order , they didn’t reply to my email, and answered my calls, i didn’t get my money back , 400 euro

Do not order anything from this store and if you do, pay with PayPal because you are most likely going to request a refund from them.

I successfully made a claim through PayPal. So this is Mindtechstore’s business idea - let them order and pay and then do nothing

They never sent the item. No reply to emails. Had to escalate the case to PayPal.
Stock shows available and are selling stuff they don’t have available.

Leider keine Ware bekommen, nach einer Woche, obwohl Lieferung am Folgetag sein sollte. Email abgeschaltet. Keine Rechnung, nur Bestellbestätigung. Bitte Vorsicht, Shop scheint Fake zu sein.

Unterirdisch dieser Shop. Finger weg um sich Ärger zu ersparen. Ich habe über die große Plattform Ebay einen Artikel bestellt. Ich habe Lieferung mit DHL an eine Postfiliale gewählt und extra Lieferkosten dafür bezahlt. Und zwei Tage nach Ablauf des zugesagten Termins versendet der Shop dann mit DPD. Und nach 2 Wochen habe ich die Ware immer noch nicht weil angeblich eine Adressangabe fehlt. Meine Ware liegt da immer noch bei DPD im Shop kümmert sich niemand darum bzw. Sagt man mir wenn ich den Artikel zurückschicke bekomme ich meine Erstattung. Doch ich hab ja nix geliefert bekommen.

An 10.11 bestellt ich ein Artikel - laut Info.art auf Lager sofort lieferbar ( 2 - 3 Tage ).Nach zwei Woche auf meine Anfrage habe ich Antwort bekommen - noch zwei Woche warten - Problem mit Lieferung .Wieder zwei Woche sind weg - Gestern nach Tel .Gespräch - kein Termin - warten und heute Info mein Bestellung ist störniert.
Auf d.Seite von Mindtecstore Artikel weiter ist zum bestellen mit sofortige Liferung .D.Firma das ist eine große Lüge - nie mehr etwas da bestellen

Ware wurde ordnungsgemäß retourniert, doch seit über zwei Wochen keine Rückerstattung. Trotz Telefonat und mehrfacher Nachfrage keine Reaktion. Kommunikation schleppend, Abwicklung unprofessionell. Leider keine Empfehlung.

MindTec Store, reagiert auf nichts, keine mail, telefonisch nicht erreichbar.

Artikel nicht Lieferbar, keine Info vom Anbieter bis ich mal nachfrage. Lieferzeit statt 1 Tag jetzt 1 Woche oder 1 Monat, je nachdem wann er wieder vorrätig ist!

I ordered a product from MindTecStore in November 2024 for around €200, which was marked as “in stock” at the time of purchase. According to their site, it should have been delivered by mid-December, but it never arrived.

The order status stayed “Not shipped yet” for months, while the product page later changed to “Currently out of stock” — clearly showing that the item was not truly available when I paid.

I contacted the seller multiple times by email and on their website, but received no meaningful reply. In February, I sent them a formal escalation message asking for a delivery deadline or compensation — again, no response, no explanation, no apology.

Eventually, I had to file a PayPal dispute to recover my money.

✔ Use PayPal only – never pay directly with a credit card
✔ Don’t trust the “in stock” label – it may be misleading
✔ If you don’t get a response within days, escalate fast
✔ Open a PayPal case after 30 days with no progress

This company is completely unresponsive and unreliable. Don't waste your money and time like I did.
