Stay away from these fraudsters
Stay away from these fraudsters! They will charge you insane amounts of money for a crappy app. After you cancel they will still make charges on your credit card for bullshit coaching that you never used. This is not a serious company.

Also, the app does not offer a tailored program, is just a bunch of standard text. AI would give you a more tailored program.

Im really disappointed with this app, im trying to get a refund for a situation that happened with younger brother, he had purchased this app without my consent and im not getting any emails back. I tried to request refund with play store but i got denied.

I signed up for free trials of the…
I signed up for free trials of the Nordletics and Mindway apps but did not intend to continue into paid subscriptions. I did not use either service beyond the trial period. The subscriptions converted into paid charges without clear or sufficient notice, and I found it difficult to locate and complete the cancellation process.
I was charged in December 2025 but did not become aware of the charge until March 2026. Upon discovering the charge, I promptly contacted the company on March 21, 2026 to request a refund. My request was denied despite explaining that I had no intention of continuing the services and had not used them.
Additionally, I have concerns about the company’s business practices and transparency. The company lists a Lithuanian address on its website, while the charge on my credit card reflects a Delaware-based entity. The phone number provided with the transaction does not allow access to a live representative. Calls are automatically redirected to voicemail, followed immediately by a text message directing customers to submit a support ticket instead, making it difficult to obtain direct assistance.
I believe this constitutes deceptive subscription practices, including unclear disclosure of automatic renewal terms, barriers to cancellation, and lack of accessible customer support. I am requesting a full refund of the charges.

Unauthorized charges
Mindway kept charging my credit card after I canceled my subscripyions. Mindway has aggressive and preditory billing practices. I do not recommend this company.

I've noticed these scammers have been taking money out of PayPal automatic billing, and I lost around $200 before I noticed it. They said no refunds. Even after cancelling, I was still billed.
