My original truss company let me down at the last minute on the manufacturing date so i had to start from scratch as the builder was charging on towards the wall plate, from the time i completed the online form the service i received was first class, Jon Grimes helped me through the design process and pencilled me a slot for manufacturing within 7 days and Lisa and her delivery team did exactly what they promised and was even 15 minutes early, outstanding team work a Great Company to do business with Thank you

Minera Roof Trusses made my building experience a breeze. As I not a builder by trade, I must admit the idea alone of me having to building the roof trusses for the exterior shed we are building at my house was overwhelming me. Luckily after having the idea of getting them built by third party, I was very fortunate to find them online.

I reached out to them by phone Nia Walker who first took my call and order was very easy and pleasing to deal with. She helped me with my queries and pointed me in the right direction, leading me to the second phase which was looked after by Ryan Evans, who also very patiently produced original drawings and gladly sent all the three revised versions. Order was placed on three days later I was very pleased to have the goods safely delivery to my house. All people in the process were fantastic. From first call to delivery drivers, you guys were amazing and made this experience awesome. Thank you for the excellent customer service and great quality product.

Excellent service from start to finish, could not ask for more. Fast response from the design team, contacted me within 24 hours to check some detail I'd missed and then the quote followed within hours complete with the detailed drawings. Once confirmed it only took them 7 working days to have the trusses on site.
Throughout the whole process the team was very communicative so there was never a point that I was unsure of what was happening.
The delivery was scheduled in advance and it turned up bang on time, there are many companies out there that could do with some lessons from the team at Minera!

The transport and design teams are all very knowledgeable and really make the project simple… Also not to forget Nia who is always on hand to resolve any issues!

Speedy delivery, I’ve used Minera around 10 times now and every time they’re service has been nothing but perfect.

I use Minera Trusses regularly and always get a very quick delivery to site. Some of our roofs are of non standard design but this is never a problem. All the staff are very helpful and professional, always return calls, a rarity these days. My most contact is with Nia Walker who I find most helpful. We always get a timed delivery slot which is also great.
Cant recommend them enough, never any " Covid" excuses here.

I was building a double garage and had no experiance with trusses, Minera roof trusses guided me with where to take measurements and within a day I had a design and quote. They kept me updated with the order and wastold the delivery driver would be with me at 07.30 am. He turned up dead on 07.30. I was shocked this sort of service doesn't happen in the UK.
Ive never seen such a clean wagon, ( put my car to shame)

Can’t thank Minera enough. 2 other roof truss manufacturers told us they couldn’t configure new trusses to match my existing building. Spoke with Steve at Minera and he said no problem. Had a 3D model and design within a couple of days and trusses were delivered within a week of order confirmation. Awesome outcome just wish I went to Minera first!
