I am just beginning my third month of Minerva Wellness Supplements. They have helped me sleep better and feel calmer. They contain biotin and zinc which is great for my hair. The probiotics are aiding my digestion.
A good all round supplement for my stage of life.

A friend recommended these supplements to my wife who has been peri menopausal for a few years the difference it made to her life was astounding ...her mood swings were gone, no more night sweats, her memory improved.
As a hypnotherapist i am now recommending this company and the supplements to any clients who are suffering similar symptoms and the feedback from them has been equally positive.

Changed my life …
I’ve been having peri menopause symptoms for a few years now including hot flushes, weight gain, depression, short term memory loss, hair loss. I’d been to the doctors a few times and they said it’s just the change. My husband recommended me to Suzie and her product and within 2 weeks I noticed a big improvement in all of my symptoms I am so amazed and pleased with the capsules that I am now on my 3rd month with them .
