Great Customer Service
I purchased a microscope for my son, and I was quite impressed with the magnifying capability! The product I receive did have a broken battery compartment, which I was bummed about, but they replaced it immediately, free of charge! I can't wait for my little guy to explore with this gadget!

Amazing Customer Service
First and foremost, the product is great! But what truly made my experience so phenomenal was the customer service. I accidentally bought two miniscopes not realizing the megascope kit came with one. When I asked for a return the rep. kindly offered an alternative to save me money due to the cost of shipping from Colorado (and reduce the negative footprint on the environment.) I was offered 50% refund and to keep the miniscope in order to do this. I don’t know of another company that would offer such solution for something that was my own mistake. Overall an outstanding customer experience! Thank you!

My MiniLabster arrived on time! Adorable and age appropriate. Will grow with it for a long time. The box came in damaged, torn open, bent and un'gift'able. Contacted the customer service and IMMEDIATELY got a response, happy to replace it. I was elated. I have been bragging about this company and their products to everyone. Shop their store! It's a win win.

Refund was Immediate
Unfortunately, my order never arrived even though I had placed it 6 weeks prior. They did respond immediately which was comforting and when my order did not arrive by Christmas weekend I asked for a full refund. They were very responsive and refunded my money right away. Thank you for your quick reply and not making the refund process a hassle.
Damaged on delivery…twice
I ordered the Scope and Accessory pack as a Christmas present.
When I was delivered it arrived in a plastic delivery bag. The scope box was damaged and the accessory kit was smashed and unusable.
They offered a part refund for the accessory kit, which was useless as we essentially still paid for a product we couldn’t use.
They eventually replaced the whole order which was great, and I requested that it be packaged properly so nothing broke with the replacement.
When we received the replacement, it was packaged in the same type of packaging bag, no bubble wrap or anything. While the scope and box were fine this time, the accessory kit was damaged again.
How a company selling fragile products can’t distribute them with proper packaging to avoid breakages amazes me. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered Minilabsters for Christmas, for my grand children. They unfortunately did not arrive on time. However dealing with customer service at Minilabsters was second to none. They responded quickly and were most helpful. The microscopes have now arrived and I am sure my grand children will love exploring with them! I highly recommend Minilabsters.

Received a damaged item
I ordered a mini scope.for my daughter for Christmas and it actually arrived on time, just damaged in transit. I reached out to customer service and they were able to send me a replacement quickly. It won't get here in time for Christmas, but that's beyond our control. They solved the matter and my daughter will eventually get her gift, lol.

Great Customer Service & Microscope
Customer service is amazing!
I ordered the mini microscope for my daughter as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when we were trying it out yesterday, we noticed there’s something broken or loose inside that is obstructing the view.
When we shake the black piece out of the way, the microscope really does work great.
I believe this happened while in transit, because the packaging was a bit squished when it arrived.
I emailed MiniLabsters this morning to let them know what had happened and I received a response a few hours later apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to send out a replacement at no cost. Quick and easy! Already received a shipping confirmation.
We are very excited about receiving our new microscope!

I bought a miniscope from MiniLabsters and when the item was accidentally broken by the recipient, our 7 year old grandson, I wrote to ask for a replacement part. They answered immediately (on Boxing Day!!) and offered to send a new miniscope to me for him.
I am completely blown away by such excellent customer service. The company has great products and I will return to their website to buy more for our science-curious grandson. I will recommend this company to all my friends.
Amazing customer service
I’ve never seen better customer service!! It was my fault for not reading the shipping and processing time properly but yet they offered to ship me a replacement order to a different address (my intended gift recipient) for no additional cost! Yes, there was a hiccup with that shipment but they were speedy in returning my email with a suggested resolution without me having to ask, which I appreciated. I do hope they work out a better process with their shipping provider though because the issues for me were related to their shipping provider not Minilabsters’ customer service team.
I haven’t tried the mini microscope product yet so can’t review that but the service is sincere, quick, and generous. You know you are getting a real human’s response vs the usual chatbot service other e-commerce businesses use.
