Very friendly customer service but the negatives outweigh the positives with this extremely chaotic company. My return landed at their local post office and wasn't picked up even though I had informed them that the return was at the post office. As a result, the package was returned to me and I had to pay EUR 10 for postage. I was promised a return label that I didn't need to print out -- however, after a long line at my post office the clerk informed me that the digital label needed to be printed out. So trip to the copy shop next. In the end it took me over a month to get the EUR 10 reimbursed. my extra expenses at the copy shop they ignored.
And, yes, I can't be sure my order wasn't a fake.

J’ai commandé le 28/11 je viens de recevoir ma commande le 18/12. Les parfums sentent bon après je ne sais pas si c’est des vrais mais ça fait l’affaire. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il faut attendre 20jours pour recevoir la commande. J’ai même eu 2 petits cadeaux. Ils n’ont pas piraté ma carte vous pouvez commander
