very comunitve they notified me that the product i ordered wasn't in stock for the color i wanted asked me if i wanted to wait or they could send me the product color that they had in stock and i said the color they had in stock would be great. i give this company a big thumbs up and a full 5 star for this company.

Das anfängliche Problem, dass Windows 11 nicht aktiviert werden konnte, wurde vom Support rasch gelöst!

I purchased the Retroid Pocket Flip, and it is totally worth the money. It's a great little system that is versatile yet portable. The customer service was straightforward and very helpful. I asked for my tracking number and the status of my order, and they replied very quickly and gave me all the information I needed. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I have ordered the mini gaming PC with a i9-13900KF CPU. It was a bit lengthy arrival but once shipped it arrived very fast (delivery dest: DK).

I have been in contact with support during the whole delivery and I am quite satisfied with the service.

Very fast shipping and courier had no issues finding my house. I was able to reschedule easily through DHL since I wasn't home at the delivery time. Signature on delivery and very secure for expensive product.

Juste un truc, si vous souhaitez ajouter un disque dur, prenez un SATA M2, sinon il vous faudra un adaptateur pour un sata 2,5 . En ce sera juste 4to max

The package was not shipped, and support not responding. I have ordered a mini PC 10 days ago and the shipping status is still "HK, Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." . I've contacted support 2 days ago and nobody is responding to my email. Really bad user experience...
