We always recommend customers review this section carefully before purchasing to ensure it matches their expectations.

We’d like to kindly clarify that on our product page, there is a note mentioning the item is a flat printed design with a 3D-like visual effect, not physically raised or textured. However, we completely understand how this could still feel different from what you expected, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused.

Regarding the issue with the lamp not being able to stand properly, this is definitely not the experience we want you to have. We are currently reaching out to our production team to check if there may have been a defect or issue with your item. As soon as we receive an update, we will follow up with you via email with the next steps and a suitable solution.
