La detección de humo de cigarrillos es una completa estafa, te lo venden como una revolución para alojamientos turísticos, lo cierto es que lleva 1 año entero instalado, han fumado 2/5 partes de mis reservas y esto no ha detectado nada, incluso yo lo he testeado fumando en una habitación cerrada y nada. Te has comido una subscripción mensual por la cara.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. You just get stuck in AI hell. If the device doesn't work, they take you through a bunch of steps and then abandon you after you did what they told you to do. You can't call them. You can't reach anyone except their AI robot so you go around and around in circles. The minute another company makes a device like this, I will cancel all my subscriptions and throw these ones out. But for now, I am stuck in AI hell trying to get something I paid for to work.

How refreshing for something to work 100%

How refreshing to use something that works perfectly!!
This unit is truly amazing. Constant stats on thr property. The biggest plus is that the risk of noise to neighbours is drastically reduced. Also, the battery has lasted almost a year on a single charge, how they managed to design this is fantastic. Well worth the subscription.

Do not buy their products

Do not buy their products, it was free when we original started, then it went to £69.00 then it went to £120.00 now they want £840 per year for our one property.

- There are multiple properties or subscriptions associated with the account, or

- An additional service or add-on may have been included by mistake

From what you’ve described, this sounds more like a billing issue or misunderstanding rather than a change in pricing.

- Explain exactly what was charged and why

- Arrange a refund right away if anything was billed incorrectly or in excess

This product saves me from neighbours…

This product saves me from neighbours who make up stories. My Airbnb is a corner unit with an inside wall neighbour who loves to bang on the walls if we even walk around. With this product we have empirical data on the truth behind the noise, and we have yet to have an incident that we could not handle.

Highly recommend as this product also pairs nicely with Airbnb guests.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. They look £120 for a subscription, I tried to sign my device up but needed to update wifi, they claimed the new WiFi meant it was a new site as such subscription wasn’t valid and subsequently refused to refund me.

Make you pay over 100 EURO for a device…

Make you pay over 100 EURO for a device and then after some time it stopped working. Minut say you have to pay a monthly fee to get it to work again. They didnt mention anything about a trial period when you bought it.

Disingenuousness

I just shared my thoughts on the survey.
The phone screens are not intuitive. It is time consuming and challenging to go from screen to screen to get the necessary information.
Additionally, it is disingenuousness to sell monitors that are lesser in quality and then you come up with a better product (cig smoke) then charge us more for the upgrade. Should we be grandfathered into a lesser pricing? We have hjelped you get more popular with purchasing your equipment then you charge us more to get upgrades--shame on your company.

Great technology, amazing

Fantastic monitor could not recommend highly enough. It works.... The minut detector has given me piece of mind about renting out my property on Airbnb. I have two properties and will get the detector for the second one now. This is the most efficient way to monitor guests without confrontation. I have a sign explaining what the monitor does and since installing no-one has smoked in my property and noise has been detected which I normally would not know unless the neighbours complained.

Device works great

Device works great. Takes a different approach to home monitoring which was very appealing to me. In several years of use now have been very pleased with both device performance and the App used to control and report to me. Very clever and unique to my knowledge.

Die Devices sind gut, ein Problem

Die Devices sind gut, etwas teuer vielleicht aber sehr hochwertig. Ich hoffe dass sie im Club mit Nebelmaschine auch lange funktionieren.

Es gibt leider ein Riesen Problem: man kann nicht pro Device das Noise Threshold einstellen sondern nur pro Objekt Innen/Aussen, das ist kompletter Schwachsinn wenn man wie wir ein Club haben. Der Support (Brittney) war bisher nicht hilfreich. Eine extra Einheit könnte ich für 150€ anlegen aber wäre zu teuer.

Very happy with Minut

I love to know I can be aware of possible crowd events ie smoking in my house it gives me peace of mind while preserving guest privacy. Humidity monitor also useful for leaks so am grateful for Minut and great they detect both cigarette and marijuana.
